90k is a joke. The price only goes up to match the real estate as more people are considering to live on the road in the new generation. And RVs are becoming a potential option so the brands (and VW especially ) are adapting the price not to the value it is worth but to the price people are willing to buy a home

We own two Ecowagon Campervans and the fit out is of a very high professional standard (although we haven’t as many extras as this van!). We are very pleased with our vans from Ecowagon and their workmanship is exceptionally good quality. 👍
£90K plus insurance, fuel costs, depreciation, campsite fees, tyres, MOTs & road fund licence. You can stay in a lot of hotels for that price!

That argument makes no sense. If you don't know the difference between a camper van and a hotel, you should watch hotel review videos instead.
You can’t find a hotel at a top of a mountain ⛰ range
For a little under £80k you can max out a brand new Cali on the VW configuration page, it's newer has digi dash, 4 wheel drive, dsg gear box, and adjustable suspension and even locking diffs, plus a better layout.
Ohh and you'd still have £10k+ left in the bank to fund trips.
It's a tarts handbag, only to be bought by builders, that have been paid cash in hand for the last 3 years. Used for 2 camping trips to a fully serviced holiday camp pitch, until Sharon insists on going back to that Hotel in the Algarve for £300 each all inclusive.
Love it but for 90k you'd hope they would've chucked some hot water in for free. 😁
Fantastic van! So good to have a converter who can compete with the Cali rather than offering a cheaper but inferior product. For a similar price point to the Cali you get to choose a zesty rather than bland colour scheme (you can have beige if you want 😂), the slide door is UK friendly, your conversion is done by British craftsmen, and the high quality of the fit out needs to be seen to be appreciated.
Compete with the Cali? It is far more expensive than the Cali.
I typically praise the European market with their camper vans, but my goodness.., £90,000 for this! In the US that buys you a nice camper van with a private bathroom/shower, roof mounted AC (and a powered vent fan in some models). No cassette toilet either, but a proper black tank. I like VW conversions, but this one is overpriced for what it is.
Bit of an unfair comment. You can buy bigger campers in the UK for that kind of money with all of the features you want. Take a look at Hymers for example.

It does as I’ve posted I’ve a fully loaded 2018 T6, every single box ticked and I paid £70k or here in Switzerland CHF 82k

The marshmallow brigade that drives around in bungalows will never get it. the clue is in the name. CAMPER van. In my opinion, Its a slick mean compact driving camper machine and worth every penny.
If that’s their best conversion I’d hate to see the cheaper ones 🤦♂️

£90k yikes 😱. Some nice features. I like the overhead cupboards and the fact that the bench seat is further back giving more floor space. Great to see so many usb/12v/3 pin charging points too. Blinds are a nice touch and I also like the fact that the internal roof isn’t fabric like the Cali (one greasy mark and you’re doomed). I wonder if VW will steal any of these great ideas? Thanks for another great vlog guys. 😊

90k!! I wouldn't pay that, if I did for that money it would have to have hot water, much more battery capacity and more solar!

The roof, wheels and suspension must account for 25k of the 90k. 35k for the base van. So 30k for the rest of the conversion is a bit steep!

Great review from you guys. Nice camper but I’m struggling to see where the justification for a £90 grand price tag and whether those luxury items of air suspension is worth it. I think the VW Cali Coast wins over this.👍

Presumably hefty chunk of that is the van itself. They seem to be circa £40k on their own. Which is still mad for a van.

Bonkers clickbait price of course but that's what happens when you tick every box. Nice internal furniture and other design touches. Great for a demo van for them. Interesting video - Thanks guys! I'd suggest that gas and water connection unit on the bottom might not last long before it's whacked by a kerb etc
Nice van..... but tbh for the price I can get a brand new fully kitted out latest gen Cali ocean and still have a dozen £K in the bank to fund a trip around whichever country we're allowed to visit.

Looks nice, but at £90k you’re looking at Crafter/Sprinter based van with hot water, and wetroom.
Too many bells and whistles for me, wouldn’t pay more than £60-65k for a Transporter conversion....
£50K gets a genuine VW

Wow £90k without hot water? Another great review probably the best conversion I have seen purely for the fact the bed is on runners and therefore so much more practical. Underslung gas great but it is a pity all the filling is at such a low level. Topping water up on a muddy field .....nice. Must admit I would of thought for the price it would of been 4 motion. Alloys etc and such boy racer additions don't rock my boat bit old for that.
Hi Peter, Thanks for your comment. When filling the water you can raise the suspension for ease.

The price aside, great informative review. For that price though I would go for a proper ‘eco-wagon’ and get a Crafter-E and get a full conversion

Apart from the air suspension, I am bewildered I just see a bog standard VW camper van. Westvallia convertions come with a proper toilet, HOT WATER, shower, leather Upholstery. More importantly 8 or 9 pregant you probally could still climb into the upper bunk of a Westvallia conversion. .£90k without hot water a £40/50 porta potty, your having a laugh.
What an absolutely average overpriced van nothing special or custom for the price,
I've got 2 T5's which cost me a quarter of the price 2 convert and make this look "cheap n nasty

@@pauldavies7251 If it was a £50-£60K conversion I suspect the comments would be entirely different, but apart from the the air suspension, There isn't anything that really stands out to make it special in my opinion for £90K no matter how well built they claim the conversion is built. I can't disagree with your comment.!

Hysterical, but I'm sure someone would throw inheritance money at it. £90,000 if you'd worked for it is a lot of blood, sweat and tears.
Think it will be a case of a fool and their money if this sells at that price. Yikes, it’s more than a Grand Cali and you get a bathroom in that for a little less money. Apart from the cost in comparison to a genuine Cali, it will never have the same residuals. They need to re-think their business model if they are serious about making a success in the conversion business. Great video as always 🍀🌺

The best bits, air suspension aside, are taken straight from VW. Why not buy a Cali Coast and have air ride suspension fitted, a much sounder investment and any problems it’s straight back to VW.

Amazing £££’s, is this supposed to be used or just sit and look at it incase you get it dirty inside or it gets a scratch on a draw or the sink gets wet.
Can’t see that is does anything more than my old hard used 21 year old T4 California does, it’s worn but everything still works, let’s see how this one looks in 20+ years especially as it’s a modern VW disposable tin box, jazzed up with a lot of bling so it looks expensive.
I’m not knocking the converter, but really! is someone going to plonk down 90K for a small camper.

Thought this was going to be a Tesla conversion. That would have justified the price.
Nice conversion but 90K?? And only 150bhp? This is too little power for the weight. This is a nice product nicely reviewed but it’s minimum 20k too expensive. I’m driving a fully loaded VW California Ocean with 200bhp, 4 Motion, Differential for the rough stuff, Dyna Audio Surround Sound ( factory fitted ) , leather interior, Hill Decent Control, LED lights front and back, Reversing Camera and full parking assistance, 19 in black alloys, Dynamic Suspension ( Normal, Comfort and Sport ) DSG Auto, Lane Assistant and Full Cruise Control ( adaptive ) and Apple Car Play plus much more and i paid £70k ... it says Bulli on the side not Transporter and it’s beautifully illuminated getting in and out ( the Bulli insignia ) ... 90K for this converted Transporter - madness.
I love transporters, i ve got 1 and this van is stunning but 90 grand is just taking the piss. You could get a top of the range motor home for less than that.👎. Great video thou guys.
I don't get why anyone would pay 90k for this, it doesn't really offer anything worth the price over cheaper vans with the same layout and for 90k you could buy a much bigger coach built campervan. But if people are buying them fair play to the builders.
I wonder if this company hasn't made a mistake by adding all these options so in the end it totals 90k. It just makes it ludicrous, I just wouldn't go to them as I would think I was being ripped off. A vw camper really should be an entry level vehicle, it's small and in some instances that's great but no excuse to make it more expensive because of that. You can get a brand new mercedes sprinter based hymer, with all the luxury that brings including fixed bed, proper bathroom, dining area and a proper kitchen for less than this. VW campers are great, but you can't polish a turd
