I wish tho you could say if the square will turn out 7 inch or what size it will come out and how to increase to the different sizes. Our crochet group make 7 inch squares to sew together to make blankets to donate.

On round 3 I noticed half way round (after the 6 trs in 2 corners) that I had a perfect heart with a x in the middle which could be used as an applique or motif for another project. I am going to try another, changing colour at that point to see if I end up with a heart in a square.
