Just wondering the Ultra version does not have vibrating mop is it ? And also does the tank often falls off when hit wall or chair because read someone commented about it

From what I read, the Mop 2 Ultra version doesn't have multi- floor support, and doesn't have vibrating mop. But the Mop 2 Ultra has the front 3D camera for object detection and also support for the auto dust empty station.

Mop 2 Ultra doesn't have vibrating mop indeed. But it recently received a software update that added multi floor support and other features such as room-level settings, 2x mode, etc.
