    Good price. People don’t understand drive time and other factors that go into play. We charge more so that’s a deal

      The problem is the actually lockout technicians only get a small portion of the money for each lockout. This guy owns his own business so he doesn’t have to pay middlemen

    a lot of people complaining about the price. If you don't think it's fair, use tools like this, learn how to use them each for each car, or if not, break the glass and pay for the labor and the price of everything, wait for the workshop to install a new one. , and have fun. A job like this happens once in a while, now if you're smart enough for this to be recurring, it's better to spend $20 for a simple copy and chain it around your neck, so you don't have to say what you don't know on the internet. .

    This really caught my eye. Question so why in most of the videos you use the Lishi tool to unlock the car doors ? Right then you use the long reach tool for certain vehicles why is that. ??? Wouldn’t it be easy just using the long reach tool to unlock ? I’m curious?

      Its not just the tools, it's also the knowledge, the ability, the time, the travel, and of course the commercial insurance that covers your car in the event of damage to it by the workman. If you DIY this and screw it up, any damage is on you and your car insurance sure as shit aint gonna cover it.

    • @cavalcantepf

      Just like the ingredients in mac don't cost $8, just like the razor that cuts your hair doesn't cost $10, just like all the technology needed to have internet in your home, for you to talk shit here, it doesn't cost anything. We have to read every thing on this internet

    • @XMysticHerox
      @XMysticHerox Před 2 měsíci

      Ok? Most people don't need such tools though and aren't going to get them or want them. But it's still a needed service. Some locksmiths way overcharge but they do need to charge a good bit to cover their costs.

      do you not know how a job is. first of all he works for a company second he has to pay for gas he also has to make sure if the car door or anything gets damaged they will have insurance to pay for it. you have to take these things incarcerated when it comes to these jobs. also what if that person is lying about tbat being their car making someone pay insured this

      Most people don't foolishly leave their key inside their car. But any self-aware person would preemptively make a copy of their car key and leave it at home, roughly costing $15 more or less.

      Shoot about 14 years ago my wife and I left our apartment at 1:30 to get taco bell lmao! Forgetting the house keys got locked out. 2 doors both had dead bolts so couldn't use a card. Tried to go through the window no luck. He charged us $240 to unlock our door!!!!!! Imagine what the price would be now!

    • @Taolan8472
      @Taolan8472 Před 3 měsíci +1

      $85 flat rate is reasonable. Its not just the tools, its also the time and the travel and the knowledge and the skill and the ability, and that's without even considering the commercial insurance that protects your car from damage by the workman.
      $85 is probably the 'trip fee', flat fee for coming out and doing a simple job. If the job gets more interesting, that might go up.
