One incorrect point. Disney did not make it's money back from purchasing Star Wars. They're still in the hole. Ticket sales do not equal profit. Factor in the cut to theater owners, taxes, cost of production, costs of marketing, declining toy sales, and declining revenues with each movie release, plus 2 billion spent on two Star Wars lands that have been flops compared to expectations, and it doesn't add up to a profit.
