- Relax as I show you some newspaper clippings my uncle collected over a half-century ago.
My videos are best enjoyed using headphones or earbuds.
This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some natural ASMR qualities. I enjoy that you titled this video Natural ASMR, because that is what I like most about your videos. You have a pleasant soft spoken voice instead of a forced awkward whisper like some channels. I also find it strange that some channels record random noises and don't have anything very interesting to say. While, instead, you do things you enjoy and talk about very interesting topics. It's perfect.
I agree, the majority of "asmr artists" are so cringe, practically making out with the microphone or just erratically making "trigger" noises
Please do more of this type of video. So informative and relaxing (159). I have a lot of pressed glass found in an old shed in1974 on 80 acres of hill country that my husband and I carstookbehind our house in the hills 70 miles north of Los Angeles. I still have it in my garage; no idea what to do with it. The prices back i 1969 (I was24), really took me back Thank you.

This is a real problem of mine with asmr videos. Sometimes the content is too interesting to sleep.

One thing I've tried lately is this Wordsworth & Black rosewood pen. It took five days to arrive, but that's better than nine.
Lovely video! Thank you! I loved you taking out the clips and discussing them. My favourite was page 159 (lol!). I just cleared out my cellar and kitchen cupboards so I say get rid of them! Hopefully you can recycle paper and plastic where you live! Maybe before you recycle them we can get more clips of what the world was like 50 years ago!

You can take pictures of the articles and store them in digital format, then throw the physical paper away. That way you wont feel like you are losing what you have inherited.

You should do a give a way of the things you are tossing or no one in your family wants. I know several people who would love this binder :). Just an idea for future❤️
In an rare example of modern things costing less, I have yet to pay for wheel balancing once in my life.
This is likely due to now paying well over a hundred dollars *per* tire, which has surely earned each and every driver in the known universe free wheel balancing for the remainder of existance

Well, while vaseline glass antiques are often quite valuable, they are made using uranium in the glass, which puts a bit of an edge of danger to owning or handling it...
The amount of radiation you'd absorb from them is negligible though. Handling them or displaying them is completely safe. Even using the dishes wouldn't pose any danger. You receive far more radiation naturally through the atmosphere, food, and other innocent objects around us every day.
Even raw uranium isn't as dangerous as you'd think, as long as you don't eat it or inhale it...I wouldn't recommend having a bunch of uranium in your home, though...
I've got uranium glass in my collection.... It's so cool!! Only negligible risks for owning/handling it though, remember that years ago people used to use it as 'everyday' glassware!

So the newspaper shows Archie Manning and Mississippi vs Arkansas, which would be the 1970’s Sugar Bowl, meanwhile the 1970 Orange Bowl was between Penn State and Missouri.

If possible, could you do a video where there isn't the constant ambient rain/background noise? It seems like all your video's have it these days, but I prefer how your older video's are silent, besides your voice and the sounds you're making with whatever you're tinkering with. I'm sure lots of people feel the same.

The 1968 Sugar Bowl was between LSU and Wyoming Cowboys, with LSU beating an undefeated Cowboys team (10-0) 20-13. LSU was only 6-3-1 that season.
The 1969 Sugar Bowl featured Arkansas against the Georgia Bulldogs, whereas Arkansas won 16-2 .
I do not believe Penn State ever faced Arkansas in the Sugar Bowl.
