Hello! I was also troubled by this issue but luckily I did found a local car rental called Burswood Car Rentals, they provide 24/7 pick up service from the airport because they work contactless (contactless pick up and return) and will set the vehicle up at the airport prior to your arrival. So when we arrived, we just have to go to the carpark and find the car according to the information provided by the car rental service. Their price is affordable and service is good too, I would definitely 100% recommend this local car rental than the other big names :)

Yes you will need to submit the documents while booking the car. Do note that they only accept the driver's credit card, so you can't use any other cards than the driver's. Other than that, everything is pretty straight forward, once you have done the booking they will either whatsapp you or email you for the instruction. They are pretty comprehensive, if you have any questions you can contact them anytime on whatsapp :)
