I don't know if this is a thing in the USA, but here in the UK if you own the freehold to your property (you own the actual land the house is on, outright, rather than just owning the house and 'renting' the land from the local council) then you get what's called "air rights". That means you own not just the surface land and house, but the air above the house all the way up to around 1,000ft and the land under the property _all the way to the core of the planet_ This means that anyone flying a drone that crosses your property boundary line is automatically trespassing. You can not only get them charged with trespassing, if you're feeling really cruel you could personally charge them a fine for violating your airspace.

3:10 its not a gun ownership problem, its a reckless discharge violation. basically if you randomly shoot your gun outside of a gun range, police can arrest you. especially if you are shooting up into the air, cause what goes up must comes down. and if the bullets hit somebody on the way down, there will more than just a fine coming your way.
I think firing the gun at it was wrong, but if he had expedited the obsolescence of that drone any other way it should have been okay imo (tho I don't know if laws would allow that, if they don't, I say b*llsh*t)
Yeah, that's for regular bullets. Guy shot a shotgun. Considering the judge dismissed all criminal charges, the guy likely wasn't using a rifled slug round, so it wasn't dangerous. He was most likely using bird shot as it's got the best chance of hitting anything in the sky.
Frankly it should go down as self defense, what other reason would someone have for invading your privacy without your consent if not to take advantage of you?
@@zetsumeinaito bird shot itself are not risk free, its still steel balls falling from the sky no matter how small. and thats assuming he have actual bird shot. normal people who own gun for self defense will just have buckshot.

Women used to "accidentally" drop handkerchiefs in front of men they wanted to have ask them out. The man would pick it up, get her attention, and if he wanted to date he would know she's interested already. If he didn't, he'd say nothing but "excuse me miss you dropped this" and then leave it alone. No one gets directly rejected. Fear of approaching a woman that wasn't interested gets resolved before it ever is a problem.
The thing about me being scared of women is. I'm afraid of misinterpreting everything, Mike. If I try to flirt, they'll see that sexual harassment and I'll get in trouble

But still, it's great that people keep developing tools like this for their loved ones! 🔥 Maybe such gloves aren't mass produced or affordable enough for ordinary people in Kenya.
The guy who shoots the drone was probably arrested for discharging a weapon in a populated area, as well as firing a weapon into the air in a crowded location. Firing into the has been illegal for a long time since the bullet can fall anywhere within roughly 2 miles. Though if I remember right, I don't think he was actually charged due to unique circumstances.
10:10 Fun Fact the 3DS can only take up to 10 minute videos and has a 10-second timer or so between ending a video and starting the next video, so that dude lost a tiny bit of the game.

4:00 Yes, I think all of us. Heroic actions, last stands, holding the line. For the last light. Why do you think those marching videos are so popular? That's why.
3:05 Probably arrested because shooting down drones is a federal offense. Not only is it property damage, but aircraft are heavily protected under the FAA. Plus it's a really bad idea to shoot guns into the air because the bullets (or shot in this case assuming that's a shotgun) eventually comes back down to earth, potentially killing someone. Another issue is that it might have been a government owned drone and the government really doesn't like their toys being messed with even if they're using them in the wrong. It's kind of a legal issue in other regards in that if you have a piece of property, technically the property line goes into the air as well, so drones aren't supposed to be flying over people's property, but the way drones work make that just as impractical to control as it is to start shooting commercial jets just because they're flying overhead. There's also another issue of proving that the drone was spying on them. Most drones have really wide angle lenses, so the drone would have to be really close to focus in on someone sun bathing. My drone for example would have to be 5-10 ft away to see anything of any detail. While it's possible to have a more zoomed in setup, it's pretty unlikely unless the drone was purpose built for it, which likely goes back to the possibility of it being a government drone unless it was someone who purpose built it for peeping on people. People often talk about shooting down amazon delivery drones. How sucky would it be to order something just for the drone to get shot down? There's a reason these protections are in place, though it still happens.
@@molybdaen11 Yeah, though with bird shot it's pretty unlikely to kill or maybe even cause injury due to the lack of mass and energy by the time it is falling back to earth. Still is unwise to shoot in the air without a reason though.
@@GregAtlas You say that. But alone in turkey they are 700 - 800 deaths by celebrating shoots every year The problem is that this shoots often come down in a sharp angle. So all they hit are either head, neck or shoulders. They are often underestimated, especially at weeding.
@@molybdaen11 I said what I said knowing that bird shot is like sandpaper once it looses its momentum. Even thick heavy clothes can sometimes stop bird shot even at fairly close range. It's part of the reason why it's used for hunting birds in flight. Probably the biggest risk is hitting in the eyes. Even despite that, I still wouldn't want to get hit by it obviously. Most celebratory shootings are done with something like an AK, which is much more likely to damage and kill. 100% a threat.

I tend to agree with people liking vs not liking animals, the only exception I can think of being when people have had bad experiences with animals previously. I'm definitely a big cat person myself. I'm not big on dogs thanks to my youth, but I've worked to the point of not immediately reflexing back from any dog that's greeting me or gets near me. I'm still not big on the pouncing and climbing for attention, and I may try to pet mostly to calm them down.
If I had to guess, I think that the guy was arrested for shooting the drone down because drones can be heavy and you don't want them falling on someone, or because shooting guns into the air is dangerous because who knows where that bullet is going to hit when it comes back down.

I don't know if this is a thing in the USA, but here in the UK if you own the freehold to your property (you own the actual land the house is on, outright, rather than just owning the house and 'renting' the land from the local council) then you get what's called "air rights". That means you own not just the surface land and house, but the air above the house all the way up to around 1,000ft and the land under the property _all the way to the core of the planet_
This means that anyone flying a drone that crosses your property boundary line is automatically trespassing. You can not only get them charged with trespassing, if you're feeling really cruel you could personally charge them a fine for violating your airspace.

Hey! Those scenerios are real to us! Lol
35:55 The amount of restraint that takes
4:03 Yes, yes we do
4:02 Yeah that is absolutely true.
I don't do it as much these days but when I was younger I'd daydream entire battles when sitting on the bus or being otherwise left to my own headspace.
It's not so much the fighting, but the idea of noble sacrifice or a heroic charge for a worthy cause, smiting foes unworthy of mercy as you go that pulls us in.
Then again, some days you're just in a mood and you're less at the head of a heroic charge and more going postal in a trenchcoat. I guess it depends.
on a side note, the white guy who ordered in Chinese speaks like 10 different Asian dialects and gets fun/funny reactions every time he orders, more a shock thing. there is actually 2 guys who do this, i follow them both on facebook and youtube, there is a black guy who has been teaching himself different languages for years he does it too, its always fun when i stumble across their channels

@@XperimentorEES problem with self defense is there need to be a risk of life.
and invasion of privacy is not exactly a risk of life.
also not saying he should get charges for it, just explaining the charges he would get arrested for.
27:27 you are a vtuber, which has some of it's origin and popularity in Japanese vtuber agencies, basically idol companies.
When idols perform on stage afterwards they take photos with fans for payment (sometimes organized as handshake events). It's one of their biggest forms of income.
I remembered having a black beyblade with the round steel disc and a metal bottom. ABSOLUTELY WRECKED other beyblades!
The thing about me being scared of women is. I'm afraid of misinterpreting everything, Mike. If I try to flirt, they'll see that sexual harassment and I'll get in trouble
7:07 Someone should reach out and sponsor the man.. Make it real xD
7:02 I know of such gloves developed more than 10 years ago by a team of 4 Ukrainian young guys (high schoolers or college students; from Donetsk, if I recall correctly). They even won a technological inventions competition held in Australia by Microsoft. It all started with one guys getting a girlfriend who was deaf.
But still, it's great that people keep developing tools like this for their loved ones! 🔥
Maybe such gloves aren't mass produced or affordable enough for ordinary people in Kenya.
As a man I can confirm that we do think up scenarios where we are fighting and saving people.
so, the one about shooting down drones; drones are legally classified as aircraft, and it's a federal felony to damage them in flight.
the tv head guy was doing that in my home town.......Hilarious. Nobody ever figured out why.
6:39 They're playing basket ball, at what looks like a bowling alley. That or Joe is falling down again and Donnie is trying to help him.

Yes, we keep imagining stories in our minds just to kill time or simply thinking and doing nothing, just taking up space
I did not realize Jerry Trainor could be any more of a legend, I stand corrected.
10:10 Fun Fact the 3DS can only take up to 10 minute videos and has a 10-second timer or so between ending a video and starting the next video, so that dude lost a tiny bit of the game.
Nah, those passes need a disclaimer. Prices and participation will vary. 😂😂😂
12:24 It’s because flirting can be immediately taken as sexual harassment, and with technology making cameras so accessible, it makes it easier for girls who patrol for flirting to literally make sexual harassment cases. Some do it only for social media. It’s just not worth the risk.
11:20 can we talk about the fact that there is a "neighborhood" nerf gun war!? Where is this neighborhood, and can I live there?! 🤔 😂
Fake scenario of us saving people ?
Yes, anywhere, anytime.
I think i has a link of us wanting to be respected, loved, feeling like we have the power to do anything, being in the spotlight for a good thing, being treated like a hero maybe
Might help those like me who are unconfident, to find the strength or a motivation to try thing or change ourselves for the better

4:00 absolutely
4:00 Yes, I think all of us. Heroic actions, last stands, holding the line. For the last light. Why do you think those marching videos are so popular? That's why.
3:12 I'd say the drone owner was invading his property
4:06 yes, pretty much all of us do
Same
3:05 Probably arrested because shooting down drones is a federal offense.
Also rarely anyone cares about where a missed shoot lands.
This could be many hundreds meter away and hit someone in the head or neck.
@@molybdaen11 Yeah, though with bird shot it's pretty unlikely to kill or maybe even cause injury due to the lack of mass and energy by the time it is falling back to earth. Still is unwise to shoot in the air without a reason though.
@@GregAtlas You say that.
But alone in turkey they are 700 - 800 deaths by celebrating shoots every year
The problem is that this shoots often come down in a sharp angle.
When I went to my girlfriend's house she had dogs, we have been dating for a month her dogs love me more than her she is not happy 😂😂😂

Yes. Men imagine fake scenarios of saving people. It's how I want to die. With pride, knowing that I literally gave someone the entire world for the rest of their life.
Also, yes. Space war. Yes. All-in. You can't become the emperor of a planet you colonized if you never go.
If I had to guess, I think that the guy was arrested for shooting the drone down because drones can be heavy and you don't want them falling on someone, or because shooting guns into the air is dangerous because who knows where that bullet is going to hit when it comes back down.
as a former guy, i can confirm those scenarios happen even after becoming gworl
