I want this again but with Shayne, Jackie, Courtney, and Ian. This was wholesome. That would be chaotic, I think.
Throw in Spencer and boy howdy what energy
yeah i think it would HAVE to include spencer. spencer despite kinda just being that "yeah im that guy" type of guy and just "being there" he adds a lot and has a crude sense of humor most of us enjoy
omg please
Replace Jackie with Spencer and it's perfect.
Damien has to come back too.
Damien's controversial take is just correct. I estimate that 50-75% of all drivers on any given road should not be permitted to drive.
In Poland we have 30h of theory and 30h of practice BEFORE we are allowed to take a driver license test
@@PaleCaretaker That's how it should be. Pretty sure that is the case in most, if not all, european countries.
Absolutely agree. And, perhaps not surprisingly considering the four amazing people playing, I agreed with the other three opinions that round too.
yes I feel like every few years people should have to take a test again so they're up to date on the rules etc
@@PaleCaretaker In California, you need 30h theory and 50h practice before the test, but i'm guessing some people probably lie.
The best thing we learned is that if Noah gets a terminal illness, he's killing everyone at Smosh.
Damien texting his mom “I’m finally making friends” is the cutest 🥺
RIGHT??? 🥹
So cute!! I was like "Good for him having a healthy relationship with his parents." Lol
Awe yes, honestly made me tear up
I’ve done that a few times now that I’m in college
I like how Tommy can't remember a specific time he made a child cry, even though he hit one with his car that one time.
Maybe the kid didn't cry!
@@metallsnubbendidn't have a time to start to haha.
To be fair he said the kid got right back up and was fine so maybe he didn't cry
As a 27 year old with heart issues, it was actually super wholesome for Tommy and Damien to bring up their onset of heart issues. It's super scary and it really does put a timer on your life that's kinda obvious and depressing. Big love to the both of them for that.
Agree with Damien about the driver's test. A vehicle is considered a deadly weapon in an altercation. There should at least be tests every 3 or 5 years where you're tested on how well you drive and if you should be allowed to renew your license or take classes. Having a driver's license is a privilege.
I would literally hate that, but it does seem like the responsible thing to have. Cars kill so many people, but they’re so necessary for adults to have financial stability with the state of public transportation in most places, so there’s also that to consider.
To a degree I agree with this since vehicles could be considered a dangerous weapon, however, imo I feel as tho once a person hits a certain age, like transition into the elderly phase of their life, is when they should be tested more often, just to prove they're mentally and physically capable of driving safely...cuz the countless of elderly I've seen that are a hazard to the roads and other drivers absolutely blows my mind! Or, if someone has a history of causing accidents, they should be forced to test more often than anyone else. But I agree it should be like every 5 years that people should be tested, if not every 10 yrs
“Having a licence is a PriVilEge” stfu you sound like my insurer
Kind of similarly I’ve thought parents should have to take a class before having a kid, but it would be too problematic in execution
my besties uncle was so severely mentally handicapped and he was almost a bus driver. only thing that saved everyone from a man crashing a bus cuz he hears voices that aren't there was my friends mom calling the bus company and telling them about his issues. they literally will hire anyone and everyone to drive a bus
Tommy saying "Queer bait" was the best thing ever.
And during pride month too 😂 it was great
I couldn’t stop laughing
Really? I can think of at least 7 things that are better
@@chrism6880 opinions man, they’re a thing
@@elotogari still, the BEST thing? Better than penicillin?
Seeing Noah's answers was enlightening. So that's what it's like to not have anxiety? Wild
So you prep for important conversations too then? ;)
Meanwhile poor Damian and Tommy takin notes
Right 😭
Noah is right though, asking for the manager is sometimes needed and doesn't make you a Karen, it's only when it's done unnecessarily and/or rudely that it's a problem
I never ask for a manager, if something is so bad that I have to ask for a manager I just terminate the business transaction then and there. Doesn't matter where it is. Even in Damien's example, I don't ask for a manager I say it was nice doing business with you but I'll be looking elsewhere. You're either going to immediately be sent to a manager or you're going to be calling a lawyer.
@@Irishhound $800 electric bill??!
@@Irishhound If you refuse to ask for the manager, then how are you going to deal with a 800 dollar electricity bill?
@@daanachmad4032 a lawyer
@@Irishhound Is that really necessary to escalate that quickly?
the Noah monologue with the clock in the background😭 thank god for the editors
Throwback to that one time I smiled at a little girl at Walmart and she immediately burst into tears
scuse me?
LMAO you were her last straw that day
My friend is a mother, and there was a period of time where her daughter would just cry every time she saw me
When my cousin was under 2 years old, she would cry if you even thought of looking at her. Now she's talkative and friendly. Lol
Good
I’d like to build on Damien’s controversial point about driving tests. It shouldn’t be harder, but you should have to take it more than once. And it shouldn’t be so expensive.
And more mental aptitude, not just 101 skills. Will you let people merge, will you asshump the person infront if they are slow and beep and yell?
100% Yes I have talked to a manager. "You're the manager? Okay I need to tell you our waitress is great. She did a absolute great job." It doesn't have to be a complaint, it can be a positive thing. If they do an outstanding job, let someone know!
Dude! My favorite thing is to ask for a manager and then when they come over or get on the phone super tense and I tell them how amazing their staff is and you hear or see the difference. Makes my day
I’ve also asked for managers when I’m trying to get a job. Lol
The manager can also just be someone you know (as has happened with me before lol)
Kimmy, you are correct in saying that You, Tommy, Damien, and Noah are all just wonderful people.
Oh so you must work with them or know them personally
@@george_MF_washington no, I just think they’re wonderful. It’s an opinion.
I agree!
@@george_MF_washington Don't be weird, George.
@@george_MF_washington This is why I prefer Thomas Jefferson over you.
The Smosh editors deserve a round of applause 👏, Damien’s exploding wonderful killed me 🤣
Agreed! Reminded me of Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
Tommy: TAKE IAN'S WALLET AND GO TO THE DAMN DOCTOR
this was a surprisingly wholesome group constellation hehe
yeah! great combo!
Guess & Confess could become a new series of Smosh videos tbh, with the team writing their own questions. It'd be nice to see this more often
I didn't know hyper focusing on conversations/hypothetical conversations could be a part of OCD... damn. I'm learning new things about myself every day
Yup. I was diagnosed almost 10 years ago (self diagnosis is also valid for the record) and I’m still learning new things about how it affects my life every day. It is so much more complicated than the dictionary description and I don’t think I’ll ever fully understand my OCD (not in a bad way just because it’s so complex)
@@Ruby-jb6en Definitely. I was diagnosed at a very young age and I assume I still have it, even if I don't experience it as intensely as I used to. But due to having it so young I never had the symptoms formally explained to me, so I've been figuring it out on my own!
It really is surprising how it affects so many parts of your life
@Ruby-jb6en same here. I wasn't diagnosed until 18 though, bc my mother had it too and thought my behaviors were "normal" (they weren't lol.) But I'm always learning how things I do connect to it
I do it ALL the time.
12:42 Not to mention, sometimes the employee is new and doesn't have any problem-solving skills. Sometimes when they don't know how to do things, you have to prompt them to seek help. Happens a lot with kids, and it's not a problem, it's literally just speeding the process up by encouraging them to seek assistance from their manager.
Also there are times when I'm getting stonewalled by an employee over something silly, and then the manager just gives me what I want. Had somebody ring me up wrong, and they made a note in their system that the next time I came in I would get a discount. Came in, lady at the counter refused to even check their notes system, so I elevated the problem rather than walk out without my money. Had bills to pay, not gonna let an employee stiff me just because they're in a shitty mood. Nobody got fired, the manager just looked mildly exasperated at their chronically shitty employee and fixed the problem. Honestly even with crappy employees, 90 percent of managers aren't gonna fire them for the same reason they're gonna give you want you want: they don't want to deal with the conflict and if you're asking for a manager chances are the job would be refilled by another worker with similar capabilities and a different list of ignorances.
I agree with Damien’s take some people just shouldn’t be on the road☠️
My wife went to get a learner's permit, and they just gave her a driver's license.
Technically (in the US at least) if you're over 18 you can just roll up, take the driver's test, and if you pass you get a license. Which is a testiment to the system needing to be improved.
@The Stammering Dunce exactly
Damien calling Noah "the pinnacle of evolution" is such a great burn, considering the poor man is like a mole without his glasses
That rant from Noah was so damn funny. I've had to ask for the manager once in highschool but it was only because I was in the yearbook class and had to go out to local businesses and try to sell ad space. It was quite anxiety inducing for little highschool me lol.
Need to hear Damien say more about how, quote: “we all need those little swimmers” from Noah. Please and thank you.
Is it just me or are damien and kimmy just like the sweetest people lol
Noah dropping truth bombs this entire video.
I really appreciate the way Damien talks about his OCD in such a casual manner while also showing how awful it can be because so many people don’t seem to talk about or understand that OCD affects every single aspect of your life. It’s brutal, but it’s reality and I appreciate how he’s willing to discuss those things because it’s so important.
Hot take. I frequently ask for the manager if I had a really good experience because no one ever asks for the manager to tell them something nice about their employees
You guys should play The Test Trilogy! We'd love to hear your answers to those questions!
Dß
This was hilarious. Also proves the "It's always the quiet ones" or the seemingly super wholesome ones in this case. I see you, Kimmy. Well played.
Damien's "Fishing for compliments." sealed the deal!
When Noah asked if it was at market value and Damian went what? I saw a glimpse of the How much money in the world is it does cost when Noah asked the most insane questions and host Damian loses his mind 🤣 lmaoooo
Happy birthday to Courtney! She’s not in the video but still… 💛🎂
I prefer party-style games over the normal board games because they're easier to follow and more interesting to me :) and Kimmy is just so wholesome!
Kimmy hit the nail on the head. She’s amazing ( as is everyone else)
I've asked for the manager before but because I wanted to point out the amazing service I was getting when it was clear that the place was packed and all the servers were slammed. When I was a manager I wanted to know what was both working and not working well and I always appreciated when someone identified an employee who performed above and beyond. Especially when I know they are working in a position that does not make a lot. The compliment may come up during their review and they may be promoted or given a raise, or it may be used in comparison when they have had an off day to show that the off day was literally just a once time occurrence and not a complete representation of their work ethic.
Damien & Tommy is such a good combo in these Board AF videos!
Why is Damien so precious at all times?
so, i see it's time for tea? 😏 ☕
“Get that man insurance” -Noah 🤣🤣🤣 this had me crying of laughter…especially as Tommy was proud to say he doesn’t go to the doctor 🤭
Hope your heart (and the rest of you) is alright, Damien!
At my doctor's office they used to make me fill out a fun little depression quiz each visit but they wouldn't look at the paper until after I left I guess. There were a couple questions I always skipped over because they were definite traps 😅 after I did that a few times they apparently caught on and now they make me verbally answer 😩
Explain the traps I'm depressed af
I assume the ones about suicidal thoughts or actions, because if you answer yes to those then that opens the door of liability and you can be put in watch and whatnot. If you are having those thoughts and need the care, it's important and great that it's offered, but that care is very regulated and things like your communication and privacy are heavily monitored. And depending on the case (for example, in the state of Florida you can be Baker Acted and it results in this) you may need a legal adult to check you out of care. The system is made to help people but it can be scary if you don't know what going on going in.
Obviously taking into consideration where you live, it's important to answer mental health and health questions in general honestly. If a doctor treats you with falsified information and then you die that evening whether from mental health reasons or a physical symptom, they can be held liable if you were "treated" by them. I'm a mandated reporter because I work in a school if I don't report abuse, neglect, medical issues, or suicide ideation and something happens to those kids, I can be responsible for it even if it's the kid's fault for not telling me everything.
Skipping them looks suspicious, I just put no even if its a yes so I don't get put in grippy sock jail
Damien, I 100% relate to yours and Tommy's comments about heart issues. I'm literally typing this from a hospital bed for that exact reason. Came in for a whole different reason just to find this out. Y'all's videos are getting me through a very rough time.
Damien finding the nicest possible way to say he doesn't want to donate sperm, followed by Tommy just bluntly saying what he and everyone else was actually thinking when they answered the question 💀
Loved this! The different personalities and ways of interpreting the questions make it really interesting. Would love to see this with another round of crew and cast.
I would love to see a bts of a typical work day from any of the employees Or a prank war between everybody in the office.

as someone who recently took the drivers test, damien is exactly right the test is literally driving around the block
Time to make a smoothie because of how juicy these are
I absolutely love these 4 together. Great video!
going off of Damiens controversial topic, i was just saying the other day why do we so easily give a license to 16 year olds, a vehicle is a HUGE responsibility and you're literally driving a weapon but so many people drive so reckless :(( love all the conversations in this video, such a great group for this video!
I don’t think I’ve seen this particular group of 4, but gotta say - I love it!
Tommy has been in so many videos lately and I just want to say thank you for that
I absolutely died at Tommy saying "Queer bait!". Best part of the video for me
early love y’all i’m buying tickets for the live 💞 also Tommy happy pride🏳️🌈 also Tommy and Noah and Jackie are my favorite
Jumping on Damien with the Driver's Test- should be re-taken every 10 years.
This is my favorite thing you guys have played in a while! Not that I don’t like the other things you guys have played, I do, just personally this was a really good game and video 💕
I would love just to sit down with Damien and talk about urban planning
I love these kinds of games!! Anything that lets us get to know you all is great for me. It's like a podcast but in a fun kinda competitive way :)
I love Tommy's reaction to Noah about the manager bit. Well deserved reaction.
This was a FUN one, I love the positive and feel-good energy these four bring to the table (with a little spice from Tommy and a heaping does of chaos from Noah). Also love Noah and Kimmy's answers about lying about their work experiences; lying is literally an actor's job. If you sold the lie despite having literally no experience, you're an actor! Fake it til you make it!
"So you've got martial arts experience, and you've done your own stunts? That's great!"
**nervously** "Uh. Y-yes.. Plenty.."
_O n e l a w s u i t l a t e r_ 😉
Damien is 100% on track with his driving "hot take"
This might be Noah's best hair in a whileeee, I love it. He looks great
I agree with Tommy about pizza, it's not that great. It's just ok. On rare occasions I'll crave it but only sausage or Supreme pizza. 1 slice is enough.
Aww I love this group together, the vibes are so chill and wholesome ❤
Damien is so polite about everything, chill my man, you are not hurting anyone
love this group of sweet beans✨☺️
Wow Damien is so wholesome
I’m glad Damien came in with the caveat because I live in Japan where the test IS that hard (or you can pay $2500 for driving school) and because I’m disabled, I couldn’t renew my license and the public transit in my rural area isn’t adequate, so the harder test is actually 100% preventing me from accessing reliable transportation when it would make my life as a disabled person MUCH easier.
Personally, I think Japanese drivers are just as bad. I think the difference is that neurotypical culture (social interaction thinking) dominates society and people’s driving sensibilities so they only follow the rules “as needed, you know?” Whereas my autistic ass will follow all rules 100% of the time, as written, and it was a JOURNEY finding out most people don’t and will get road rage if you do.
Tl;dr the issue isn’t t the driving test, it’s how Americans (and societies) think about rules and how closely to follow them in social situations.
Damien was hilarious! Loved this episode.
The edit for Noah's rant was excellent!!
Can we have another episode of this with Kimmy? She has some STORIES i need in my life
Before Noah said that line about he could be immune to something they haven't found yet, I was literally thinking: Noah is the anti-anxiety drug we all need. 22:07 🤣
damien's take is absolutely correct. my road test was literally 3 minutes long and that's not an understatement
loved this!! they make such an entertaining group, just cos of how different each of them are lol
I'm Hispanic and I was raised to say goodbye to everyone personally. You walk the entire party and give a hug and kiss goodbye to everyone because I was taught that Hispanic people do that.
I need more of this particular game with different members. The world needs more of this game played by Smosh crew.
I think this game drastically changes based off of whether you count things you have EVER done, or things you've done in your adult life. As a kid, it's kinda your job to explore the boundaries of social interactions and shit. You try things, fuck up and mess around.
I’ve actually asked for a manager to praise one of their employees to their face for being so awesome.
Need this again with the rest of he cast, AND the CREW. Let's shift until we get thru everyone. 😉
I love Tomey so much.
Finally a Board AF. That I wasn't bored AF.
10:06 THANK YOU TOMMY
Looool the edit during Noah's monologue about managers 😂
today ive learned that i agree most with noah more than any of the others. i really thought itd be more kimmy but i gotta say, the contingency plan and the marry for money answers really got to me
Smosh, you find the coolest games! Very creative and entertaining video. I will have to check out Guess and Confess for myself.
100% agree with Damien's "controversial" take. Considering we are basically the largest car owners in the world, it's insane how braindead the U.S driving test is. Even worse, there is no real penalty for failure. The scariest part about the U.S driving test is that there are people who have failed it multiple times on the road.
play this again with shayne, ian, courtney and spencer!!! loved this video
I TOTALLY agree with Damien. Everytime I leave the house I'm constantly watching other drivers... A couple weeks ago I almost got into a head on crash at a roundabout because traffic was backed up for a train and dude thought coming into the ONCOMING TRAFFIC LANE was the right thing to do...
I want you guys to play this again, this was great.
Words cannot express how much I agree with Damien's take on cars. I'm terrified of driving but not because of my own skill, because of everybody else. I've had 2 cars totaled because of getting hit by other people not paying attention.
Also, Damien's accidental text is the most adorable thing I've ever seen
thank you noah! you need to call the manager when people eff up your stuff. don't just let it go
This group is A+
I love Noah lol he's cracking me up lately
i ADORE Noah
I love how honest Noah is. Also, I agree with you Noah. I have already watched this vid. I'm surprised I didn't say this the first time. I was too busy agreeing with Damien about the driving test lol.
Great game! Finally a game that you can play over again as long as you play it with new people!
That fishing for compliments bit at the start was delightful.
Can you imagine if the try not to laugh series, always had graphics for the stuff they come up with?
Love party games! Love learning more about y'all!
The more Smosh videos I watch, the more I realize just how alike Damien and I are. I love how kind he is.
