- Hi guys, Today In this video let's see how to create a simple modern UI design splash screen in C# using Visual Studio 2015. We will create a splash screen with a circular progress bar, transparent, Rounded Corners using Windows Form.
If you are new to programming and you are using IDE like Visual Studio to build software, This video has shown every works step by step.
Having a Splash screen in your software shows that your application has a standard level, so you can practice or look at how things work out in this tutorial.

To make login with register we need to connect the system to a database. What DB you need to? Ms Access or SQL
