WARNING: This tutorial has so many mistakes and bad programming habits in it that it hurts to look at. It's basically a lesson in every "Top 10 Self-Taught Programmer Mistakes". Removing the form border is fine but what if the user wants to move the application to another screen? Or even just slightly to the left? You have no way to handle the user attempting to move your application. It just exists in the center of their primary screen, always. It can't even be minimized, only closed. You place labels freely in space and then tell users they can update them with new information. Those labels will NOT work how you say; i.e. they won't stay centered when the text changes. As soon as "User Name" says anything shorter or longer than "User Name" it will be misaligned and look terrible. You need to turn off Autosize, make the label fill the width of the area that the text is allowed to fill, and then set TextAlign to MiddleCenter. What you did will just make it start from where you placed it and expand to the right. The copy/pasted button function is bad from all perspectives. Should have used a generic function for that. Instead of copy/pasting and changing the button name in each function, you should have done a generic function that accepts a Button argument then called that from each button's callback. This will prevent copy/paste bloat in the file and allow each button to still execute unique code. Copy/pasting things like this is often a sign of poor programming foundations. And then, of course, you copy/paste all of that into your initialization code instead of just calling the function that already contains the code which is even more bloat. Better yet though, you should be making a UserControl for the buttons, putting the code for the buttons' visual change in the UserControl itself, positioning the icon properly and anchoring the it to the right instead of the left so if the button is resized, the icon stays on the right side always and always in the same position. As is, the icons are poorly aligned because they're just placed poorly. Copying and pasting (as usual) is a bad idea for the panel as well and makes the application very poor for dynamic behaviors. They're hardcoded into position which means you can't organize them, you can't filter them out, etc. You should have a unique UserControl for the different dashboard panels and then they should be dynamically added.
