The Easy And Simple Way To Poach An Egg/OLD SCHOOL POACHED EGGS /FANCY FOODS FRIDAY

- OLD SCHOOL POACHED EGGS
This is a simple easy way to poach eggs
1 quart water
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Bring water and vinegar to a roaring boil and place 2-3 eggs in water one by one
Slowly stir eggs in water to make sure they don’t stick to bottom of pot
Boil for 2 minutes for nice yellow yolk
For firmer yolk cook 5 minutes

If your house wasn't over 1000 miles away, I'd been at your door wanting to join you for breakfast. I was lazy & had cereal. You could opted for bacon🥰 with this. But I eat sausage too. Yes, ketchup is on my hash browns too. We have a small stainless steel skillet we spray with Pam and then cook our eggs. I can make them look just like the poached eggs you made or I can cook them a little faster and have fried eggs. This is yummy.

GM chef, I've never really had a poached egg, but I guess it is sort of like when I fry my egg and let the yolk be runny. My mother use to cook these at the resturant where she worked. People would come in for breakfast and ask that she make their poached egg or eggs. If she wasn't there they would not order the poached egg. But I'm glad you demonstrated how and the why of poaching an egg. Now, I can properly poach an egg. TYFS. Be blessed. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
