Simply a super video.
I generally find Redstone very interesting and admire anyone who can build such impressive things with it (I can't).
As I also have a great interest in chess, I particularly like this series on the Redstone chess game.
Even though I don't even begin to understand how the technology could work, I think the video is really well done and it's just entertaining to watch your videos.
And even if you don't get that much attention, you can still look at a small but really interested community.

Great progress! I have no idea how you did the timer, it looks nice.
One small thing, when you castle, the king always moves two spaces no matter which side it's castling on and then the rook goes directly on the other side of it. In your video the king is moving three spaces when queen side castling.

But I think it would be much more fun if you can actually see the possible moves on the board and maybe color the pieces when they're attacked.
