DYI Outboard Motor Stand | Easy and Cheap!

Easy and cheap DIY outboard motor. Hey CZcams fam. As you guys know I just acquired a boat with an outboard motor. This means I need an outboard motor stand. That way I can store the motor on a stand when I'm not using it or in the winter. After lots of search on the web I did not see an affordable stand. So I decided to make my own for cheap and I want to teach you how!

Thk, did this for my 9.9, all good. Just added a 2x4 on the bottom for a sturdy foundation. 👍

Sweet build. I have a 7.5 HP Game fisher I just took out after 20 years and want to work on. I currently have it clamped to a sturdy aluminium chair with Belgium blocks in a milk crate on the seat to counterweight the motor... was looking for a nice idea for a stand. Well done!
