I watched this hundreds of times, still hungry, spell bound, hypnotized. Every time I watch it, it has the same freshness and appeal. Fills my soul. The orchestra is absolutely baroque, extremely ornate, and ecstatic. There is nothing missing out. Its like having a banquet in the best 5 star hotel in the world. The body and mind is captivated. Only Pamchamda can do this. Manoharida is ageless, shining bright at 78. Shoddy camera work though.
God's gift to good music lover's and he one and only RD BURMAN the creative genius 🙏

Awesome gems!!! both parts are a intense dose of endorphin kick, a RD high energy signature music thumbprint, that is ethereal and rivets one for 3+ hrs to the chair.....Both father (SD Burman) and RD were wizards in contrast for me (I hear SD for sad, emotional moods and RD for an uplift), but of such an unmatched levels of virtuosity, originality and versatility that they cannot be duplicated. Their timeless music and legends will live forever and will have countless fans thru passage of time. So lucky to have been born in these times and raised listening to these masterpieces of art. This live experience cannot be bought, it is earned through fortune. All those who were there in the live concert are greatly satisfied souls, and I envy them. I still feel fortunate to see this video and experience atleast half of the original experience. I pray for the departed souls Pancham Da and Manohari Singh.

While listening,I started weeping out of immense love to the music ... I would say it's only the Pancham's true fans can have. May god bless all the musicians ..... A job well coordinated and an example of a good team work ....Simply superb ....

I am so much grateful for this fantastic initiative where I can see and feel all those great gems created by Panchamda with such a live orchestra (not a track culture). Can feel the same passion by all musicians... All are legends in their own rights. And I pay my sincere gratefulness to each one who has contributed to this. Please keep posting it; fans like me are ready to accept all your such great favors to us... Simply Hats off! Thank you; from depth of my heart!

Ashutosh Soman, thank you for posting this treat...truly a treat. Pancham's music comes alive. Only one comment.....mee marathi mahit nahi..Am sure lot of Pancham fans dont know eitheri. It would be great to put a translation (Hindi/English anything) to all the very interesting snippets you mentioned between the songs....

sonia sharma hi, if you like to watch, please watch the interview of Mr. Jagdeep in you tube, in that, he said god has stopped to create the persons like that as were there in the film industry in his era, either that was directors, writers, musicians, they taught to the leaders how to run the country, they taught to the society what is wrong and what is correct but today, only money matter how the movies are impacting on the generation they don't bother.

That RD -our beloved Pancham da was a great human being apart from being the greatest composer ever is evident by the passion of all his musicians on stage. The respect and love for their master is on display. How we miss him and how we wished that our Pancham da should have lived longer. God have been unkind to both him and Kishore da. Thankful to Nitin Ji and others for organising this and uploading
