You may have to run a belt driven vacuum pump - I do not believe you are getting adequate or continuous vacuum applied across the crank case. the short header collectors may not provide enough flow to create the vacuum signal you need.
First of all The Crank case evacuation tube connections to the headers need to be at like a 30 degree angle not a 90 degree angle to get them to pull a vacuum on the CC - FWIW the collectors on the ends where the cc evac connections are plumbed may not be long enough or may not be creating a vacuum at all once the waste gate opens.

I have a friend who builds turn key turbine powered jet boats as well as ICE jet boats, I could give you his info as he does have a couple that he has built that he will sell! He also has a blown big block I believe 21 foot drag boat that he is parting with. The boat is fully documented and seen, if I recall, 130 mph in 1000 feet! My buddy builds some nasty boats is pretty well known in the drag boat world. Let know if you want his info…..
