I've sadly dismantled my DM deck irl since we lost Verte, it genuinely sucks we lost a card that elevated our deck entirely - but it was gonna happen sooner or later. As DM chads, we will get support as always, hoping one day we get a decent link monster. But until that day I'm gonna be rocking with Crystal Beast Tri-Brigade :P

@@LOZA-DM lmfao I know your decks sucks. I just beat a Sky Striker/Mystic Mine player in a 2-1 with my DM deck. Learn how to do combos and stop adding in handtraps. You dont understand how to play DM. I could give you an actual deck to win with.
Great video man!!!. Agree on the hand trap argument, DM almost doesn't do anything going second more than Circle + Souls getting you one banish (and that's gonna be negated 100%). We need to rely on Nibiru, Imperm and stuff. Just some ideas that are minimal...
Always summon Lubelion in defense cause has higher def than atk and if you activated its effect, it cannot attack anyway.
Always trigger drawing effects (like tDMs effect) in chain link 1 because of 2 reasons. 1- if you have a trigger effect to chain link 2, you will protect yourself of an Ash or something (similar to Swordsoul players with Mo Ye and the synchro 8). 2- If you play Mahad or something that triggers on drawing, you will not miss timing in case is a "WHEN" effect like Mahad's.

Handtraps dont pair well with DM. Navigation route is way better. Loza does not understand DM key to victory is only using the cards that arent Fusions. I got a combo DM deck that is really good and competitive. You got to have synergy.

Yeah DM does need cards for playing 2nd, unlike what Jobe and Julifer and a bunch of other DM muppets might say.
They only test against AI/bots and dont attend real events anyway.

Ash blossom on ashuna vs swordsoul is also pretty good. In DM id rather play Mystic mine over 3 handtraps. Decks do not care about a single ash or imperm. You have to draw 2+. We dont have space to play that many.

I like what you’ve come up with first and foremost. My play style is just a little more aligned with how I am irl. But if I lose the die roll they are going to lose bc drnm/evenly matched/triple tactics talents. As I was typing I rethought ash and I was thinking of using droll instead since going second is a 50/50. Infinite impermanence is good but I feel like it doesn’t cover enough from testing against swordsoul/zombies/adventure anything/splights. So we need to lock them down. Lancea is huge against so many decks that I’m trying to fit in artifact dagda in the extra to lock em down more. The new fallen of albaz support will probably work better with the new ecclesia coming out so I’m hype to try it out bc it fuses like timaeus & ss itself for free basically. Nadir servant in that last hand is good & opening rod is a brick now so it’s only great at 1 imo. Definitely need a link 1 for dm that does what rod does to play circle ⭕️ and eternal souls. That’s the only way I could see dm Being fixed but you know it’ll have some bs obstacle. Overall drnm/evenly matched has been killing people for me and summoning dragoon after has been broken. Going 1st is bad in dm bc it’s a glass canon now. 1 dragoon from ref will not stop anybody let alone circle. So banishing all their shit down to 1 is the way to go my brother

it's slower.. its grindier, and takes 5 or 6 turns rather than 3.. flood gates seem to be the way to go rather than hand traps because we can't do much special summoning without sacrificing the hand... the mystic mine route is sus, but it works... also, getting bodies on the field to make better monsters before going through the DM progressions seems to be another way, so dedicating a going second deck with vishuda, pank, dangers etc with hand traps and/ main super poly is another option.. would love to hear your thoughts on that...
I still say, special vishuda, e tele ogre, get baronne, run your dm stuff after..
Floodgates are defs viable but you need solemn strike to back it up, otherwise they are useless playing 2nd!
Mystic mine is actually hot af lmao.
I dont mind vishuda at all, played it many times in rank 7 builds and its ver good!

if you use D.K you would want to play it with Ruins of Divine Dragon, it's Skill Drain. Also it can generate a Dragon token, even help you fusion Dragon Knight. I play it with 1 Skill Drain, guarantee win if you go first.
Im not the biggest fan of that card but it sounds memey hahaha
Kinda reminds me of your old DM Dogmatika list just with branded fusion instead of REF. It looks fun. I do like the combo to get the Draw 2 using rod souls and branded fusion so I think I'll mess with this just with Aluber

Went to 4 round locals (32 people) last week and went X-2.
Vs eldlich: L (so hard to play through skill drain/dimension barrier and got out grinded in both games).
Vs dragon link: L (got handtrapped both games and had multiple extenders I couldn’t stop).
Vs evil twins: W (was scared of this matchup cuz they run like 17 handtraps and so many extenders, but resolved a dragoon and he couldn’t do much against it, plus secret village lock. D.D. Crow really screwed me over one of the rounds).
Vs Zombie: W (doesn’t really do much against DM and banished his floodgates, zombie world, and doomking with circle).
Overall, yes, very hard times for DM players. The problem with the deck is no 1 card starters. You need to rely on the rest of your hand and even then, could end on a mediocre board. “Dragoon, pass” just isn’t enough anymore.

still playing DM too but i think i switch to another archtype for a moment. its to slow, way to much cards are needed for our fusions etc. etc. i tried alot of engines but it doesnt really work that well.... deck is shit atm sadly.... and in master duel it feels even worse ....no dragoon but DPE LMAOO and no illusion of chaos. Sad times m8. gotta wait for new support

I am really considering playing Dark Magician Libromancers, I haven’t tried it yet, but the versatility of the libromancers may push the Dark Magician.

Yo, gotta say, Branded fusion alone without the other card commitment honestly isn’t worth it. Lubellion doesn’t just suck for the discard, but it counterproductively puts back the DM, which is the worst thing for us.
A better way to achieve the same thing, honestly, is eye of timaeus. Now I know this sounds nuts, but we can run 3 now and not brick on it. To make almost any DM play, we need to summon DM, and we now can run 12 ways to summon DM. People can’t handtrap the play at all, and it’s a 2 card combo same as branded fusion with the discard. I’d argue it more consistently works now because of its ability to get around common handtraps. Next video is gonna show the pure version and test hands.

Honestly man, for current DM I would just play as many 1 card starters as possible (shit like REF, insight, Branded, Alister, Meltdown, Nadir-Shaddol) in a pile deck, with a bunch of tech cards(village, droplet, summon limit, hand traps). Pray you don't get handtrapped, get dragoon off one card and have techs for the rest of your hand. Obv I wouldnt play all those starters in one deck, but I feel like theres a balance to find there.
Also, idk if rod is even worth playing anymore unless its at 1. It just doesn't do anything and branded means we can't recycle it, while normal summons like Alister or Aluber are easily searchable and get us Mechaba or Dragoon/Dragoon+Mirrorjade by themselves

Ghost rare DMG, starlight dragoon, ggost eye of timaeus, starlight IOC, starlight the dark magicians…. And so on. I wanna build a high rarity dm deck with those cards but cant find a profile where all are utilized.. it doesnt have to be competetive, just a deck with a win condition

Sigh at 5:01, Loza misplays because he couldve Fusioned summon TDMs by using DMtDK since it is treated as DM. THEN brought back DMtDK through Eternal as a chain link. Yet he claims to be a DM player??? Lmfao. Just sad.
It's not a misplay. He just chose to go with Dragoon instead of TDMs so he still got his banish from circle and he still has one card in hand for Dragoon to negate, and the next turn he can bring back dragon knight with eternal soul. Dragoon is a better summon than TDMs
