in muay Thai, they use force to kick meaning they swing their hips and kick for more force, they never snap their legs back, only karate or tkd noticeably have those kicks

I got beat up just holding kick pads; toward the end I was legit worried my partner was going to dislocate my shoulder, his punches were so strong XD The next day I felt about 10% stronger than I had before taking the class, definitely plan on going back!
