I get there’s sponsors and stuff, but if I was on a real tight budget I wouldn’t be buying $900 spotties when kings make a much cheaper one, same goes for the winch

@@davelee7572 Even legitimate budget builds aren't cheap. I race 24hrs of Lemons, and I've learned that any genius plan to put a $100 engine and a $100 transmission into a $500 car will actually cost $10,000 and a year of your life.
I looked at that GQ on gumtree a few times, glad you got it & not me.
I've been trying to find something roadworthy around those price ranges for months with no luck, shut down a few scams though. Was it really on gumtree?

Without brands on board it wouldn't be possible, who cares if they are promoting certain products. FYI, every single sport is exactly the same. Go watch footy, soccer, v8 supercars, MotoGP, F1; you name it, they all survive from brand sponsorship.

I've had 2 ln106 s that went from 60 000 km in to excess of 500.000 with very little maintenance and driven like someone else owned them.

I honestly love watching your videos. I look forward to each and every one. They inspired me to get into off-roading. I went and bought a 1999 Jeep XJ and so far I lifted it. Put 33s on it. Rock sliders. Frame stiffeners. And lockers.

You know the zero dollar zook pretty much cost $0 cause it was self built and made out of things in the shed. Shauno already owned the tyres so goes the same with this build

11:53 That's NOT how the Lokka works. In a straight line it's ALWAYS engaged, when turning corners one side unlocks itself to allow the turn. I have one in the front of my Patrol, it's fantastic, best $400 I spent on the mods.

@@miyag2510 yes, more noticable the sharper you turn. had one in my last zuk, getting another for current zuk XD. they are great
@@miyag2510 The one I have is Lockright brand, but the same method of operation. I don't hear it operating. Maybe because of the bulk of the Patrol axle and pumpkin, and maybe the Lokka brand might be a bit noisier. Nowhere near as intrusive as ARB air locker pump, and much cheaper and much more reliable too. All good .

i have one(lokka) in front of my patrol and on dirt it does not unlock but drives normal
