Why do women Talk so much when cops pull them over ? I found that when you only answer the cops questions and comply to their requests you get a ticket and get to drive away. Weird how that works.

I was surprised to learn that the gal who trapped the officer’s arm in her window had been arrested prior to this stop. Not only that, but she was 38 years old at the time of this stop!!

That could be a felony too that might make it hard to get a job or rent an apartment. People don’t want to be around violent felons. This is important to think about as it can hinder survival to some degree.

A speeding ticket could technically land you in jail. I think in California, they have it setup for 4mph over the speed limit.
I personally think it's total bullshit to arrest a person for going 4mph over. But this gives the cops the lead way to search a car if they want too. After you are arrested, that consent that they ask you for, yeah throw that out the window when you get arrested.

Unless they smelled pot from outside the closed vehicle (or during the brief opening), they lacked cause to search the vehicle, since it wasn’t being inventoried for tow. And as she said her father also used the vehicle and has a medical marijuana card, there’s no cause to charge her.

If ur speeding, u should know where u can speed, which are usually roads not often used by ppl. Cops wont use the roads due not havingeather knowledge or being busier with larger roadways. Im frequent speeder myself and i tend to use backroads, where i usually exceed speed limit by 60-80.

The best thing to do in my opinion, it's to cooperate with them and try to be as nice as possible. I promise you that it's very hard to play nice when you know that 100% of what the cop is doing is wrong, just try and hope there is footage of the whole thing.

Her rights were violated (in the first clip) cops are NEVER aloud to follow somebody home for a traffic stop, busy road/traffic or not, if they're going to pull somebody over and make a traffic stop, they have to stop them right then and there
