I posted this awhile ago on the SFTV Lounge, it's a mod tool a friend of mine made years ago where you could make a export/import in ms paint or paint.net, and using it you could update provinces to different shapes, countries, cores, cultures, all of that!!! I posted the github below, I dunno if that helps but. I'd really appreciate if someone could get this working again! Why don't I just ask traffic? Well it'd be pretty awkward to just show up and ask a friend "Hey can you make your thing work again?" after not talking for awhile. So I am asking if any of you know how!!!

After your France game may I suggest you do a Poland run? They start as independent in the 1830 submod but admittedly it can be hard to win the November revolution. If so you might just wanna start in 1836 as Krakow or grief Russia before the Polish revolution. If you can line a bunch of stuff up with the fantasy formables submod you can get cores with accepted pops on the PLC, Zapadoslavia, Hungary, the Balkans, and all Greek cores by forming Poland Lithuania, The Three Nations, and then taking the legacy of louis decision. Its pretty easy to figure out the path from there and i wouldn't wanna spoil anything. Or you could just do a regular Poland game but I personally think the EU4 level of tagswitching is pretty fun ^___^
