- I saved up 40K+ gems to summon Xellos, and here's how it went. This video includes a scarecrow and arena showcase, and a little bit of review so you'll know my opinions on the new dark hero. Is Xellos worth your gems?

you got the best teleportation timing I have seen among all those showcases. Not spamming but actually predicting the opponents skills
that weapon skill alone made me wanna pull for xellos. good gameplay 🔥

Because of my insane pulls I thought every 10 pull was a 6 star. I did 4 or 5 pulls got kamael in 2 different pulls as well as his weapon once and my fifth one i got noxia's weapon. May I say the terrible luck I had the previous banner has payed of unbelievably well
Noxia summon pretty anoying for melee in this map, her summon can block the way at the 1 tile wall

his teleport looks like it has potential to be op if you use it right, like Scint's dash, except that Xellos' teleport actually gives him def
Edit: i just realized that the def has almost full uptime, meaning you can almost have a permanent def%+ if you spam it, or maybe it is full uptime?
I think it's full uptime if spammed. Though I don't really recommend spamming it every time it's off cooldown since it makes it awkward for the opponents to hit their ws if you hold it.
His teleport actually makes his frames/pixels disappear
so yeah it's kinda OP

well I spent 35k and I didn't even get a 3-star character. I've never had good luck :'(

@@BizarreGamesStudio I think GT is very generous when it comes to giving away resources even for F2P players, so if you like him as a character overall, I'd say he's a worthy pull, especially since he's limited.
Though if you really want to have the meta comps all the time, then yea, he might not be worth it for you.

The only reason why people can him ok is because he only stands out in arena. looking at his kit he may be good in raid and colosseum too
He's just a worse future Knight in colosseum, and he doesn't have any defense debuffs to excel in raid. He's just a pretty good arena unit, and mediocre in everything else.

The only thing I don't like about Xellos in arena is that he promotes running. His damage and defense stats aren't high enough for dog fights so his only resort is to skill and run, since his only good damage output is from the chain. This could make the other players look down upon the person using him for constantly running and generally bring that person a lot of hate.
Idk why a person who times teleports to dodge weapon skills, and tries to hit their skill while avoiding the opponent's with a squishy unit that can't be exposed to 5 seconds worth of damage be more hated than a player that just presses a button and wins the game. Not really an issue imo.
@@vierzenf I honestly think that running gets more hate than being one shot by a Lina or Kamael or any other strong hero, since being one shot by them is expected. But running around the map chasing someone down and lose to that is so much less fun than expecting to get beat up by a strong as hell comp. Idk maybe you're different but I hate runners because they literally just waste your time and get away with it.
Against runners, you can be up against a whale, if you outplay them, you win. If you encounter a whale Lina, you lose the game automatically.
