Would be curious to get your thoughts on the flavor and brewing differences between a V60-01 and V60-02. Using the same ratio, grind settings, etc. which of these brewers are actually better for single cup use. or do they produce the same? Maybe an idea for a future video 😉

A lot of people actually message me about this but yes we can do a video about it. But to answer your questikn, the difference would be mainly in the height of the pour. Bec with the 01 you can get really close to the bed but the 02 with low doses it would be hard. And as we know the height of the pour soemtimes dictates the amount of agitation, the length of contact time things like that so its possible to get very different results.
