    Part 02 - • Johnny Depp & Lawrence...
    Video by Black Chalk Productions
Join Golden Globe winner and renowned actor, producer, author and musician Johnny Depp and Origins Project director Lawrence Krauss for An Origins Project Dialogue, Finding the Creativity in Madness.
This dialogue is associated with a closed scientific workshop in partnership with the National Institutes of Health held to spark discussions of big, unanswered questions on how the brain and machines process patterns, aimed at understanding consciousness, intelligence, and madness.
This on stage discussion focuses on the humanity of madness, revealing Depp's experience and creative method as an actor who has portrayed such eccentric fictional and nonfictional characters as Edward Scissorhands, Hunter S. Thompson, Captain Jack Sparrow, and John Wilmot, Second Earl of Rochester while exploring and unraveling the intricate links between creativity and madness.

Some have more than others though Johnny is right in saying that. Brando stuck to a few roles and did them really well but he felt limitations Depp did not. Now Depp gets to settle into being a rockstar which is what he wanted to do originally till Nic Cage got him a part in Nightmare on Elm St. and he ended up acting for 30 years.

I could listen to Johnny all day, he is so deep and empathic. Unfo the interviewer doesnt seem to follow what JD is saying.
“In the time of your life, live-so that in that good time there shall be no ugliness or death for yourself or for any life your life touches. Seek goodness everywhere, and when it is found, bring it out of its hiding place and let it be free and unashamed.
Place in matter and in flesh the least of the values, for these are the things that hold death and must pass away. Discover in all things that which shines and is beyond corruption. Encourage virtue in whatever heart it may have been driven into secrecy and sorrow by the shame and terror of the world. Ignore the obvious, for it is unworthy of the clear eye and the kindly heart.
Be the inferior of no man, or of any men be superior. Remember that every man is a variation of yourself. No man's guilt is not yours, nor is any man's innocence a thing apart. Despise evil and ungodliness, but not men of ungodliness or evil. These, understand. Have no shame in being kindly and gentle but if the time comes in the time of your life to kill, kill and have no regret.
In the time of your life, live-so that in that wondrous time you shall not add to the misery and sorrow of the world, but shall smile to the infinite delight and mystery of it.”

Speak your truth qulietly and clearly and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant , they too have their story. Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful discovery of contained madness. Truely Johnny & Brando were brought together for the benefit of agreement. There in lies very rare moments within which the understanding of one and another are poised to connect in a fashion of such mutual foundations. Our travels are measured thru the eyes of discovery . Hopefully not to be lost in transition. To witness such is beyond memory sake , a positive encounter within a treasury of life. Thank you for the efforts of placing those whom shall forever be and us who are still the students within life’s precious whispers.

Wow. So they both like William Saroyan)) Says a lot about their personalities..
Here's the preface Depp is talking about:
"In the time of your life, live-so that in that good time there shall be no ugliness or death for yourself or for any life your life touches. Seek goodness everywhere, and when it is found, bring it out of its hiding-place and let it be free and unashamed. Be the inferior of no man, nor of any man be the superior. Remember that every man is a variation of yourself. No man’s guilt is not yours, nor is any man’s innocence a thing apart. Despise evil and ungodliness, but not men of ungodliness or evil. These, understand. Have no shame in being kindly and gentle, but if the time comes in the time of your life to kill, kill and have no regret. In the time of your life, live-so that in that wondrous time you shall not add to the misery and sorrow of the world, but shall smile to the infinite delight and mystery of it."
The Time of Your Life (Preface), by William Saroyan
