      전류, 전압은 WPS에서 권장하는 기본값이 있지만, 실제 용접기의 출력이 세팅값과 일치하지 않는 경우가 많아서 감으로 적당한 값을 찾아야 합니다. 말씀해 주신 내용 참고해서 다음에는 관련 영상을 만들어 보도록 하겠습니다.

    And please reply what is the proper angle Between the torch and the plate of all pass [ Root pass, hot pass & caping pass ]

      In 3G welding, all passes can be don with one angle. It is not recommended to change the torch angle every time.

      전류 180~200A, 전압 20~21V 정도 됩니다만, 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

      Current 180~200A and Voltage 20~21V. But it can be changed depending welder and welding machine.

      You can weave tho but it's more difficult to get a uniform weld and a good penetration

      Based on WPS, the current is 160~180A and the voltage is 17~18V, but the actual output is different for each machine, so it needs to be adjusted according to the situation.
      The voltage is used a little higher than the reference value. It need to be adjusted so that you can feel the arc spreading, not the feeling of the wire being sucked into the arc.

      3G 용접 갭은 보통 5mm로 합니다.
