    I’m only 40 & due to a long illness my skin has really taken a beating. After being mistaken as younger than my age for most of my life, I now look quite a bit older. I’m trying these exercises to help rejuvenate my skin. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us Peta 🥰

    Hi Peta, thank you once more for all your exercises explanation. I have been doing exercises series 1 for more than 3 weeks now and the results so far are astounding. My face is well toned/firmer, but the tongue placement exercises is very difficult for me to do it. Hi will keep trying it although it is hard to engage it, can I ask for more hints on how to do it pls. Thank you a million.

    thank you lovely Peta for the great explanation in this particular exercise,, I could feel the difference with the explanation of positions of the tongue that this one surely tagets the front neck and chin muscle while placing tongue to the roof of front of teeth while laying rest of tongue at the roof of mouth,thank you once again .you have always amazed me xx

    Super excited to have found your channel! Im trying to move away from artificial things and shift to natural products and exercises.
    I have a question i have never been able to ask nor known how to ask but ill try:
    Why is my nose “dug” into my face?
    If that makes sense
    It gives such a dark illusion in the sides that it makes me feel very ugly and fat
    If you have an email address i could share photos as to explain better. But if you do understand could you PLEASE tell me how to get rid of these “depths” they’re not THAT bad (you can see in my profile picture) but i am very conscious.
    Im only 24 and it makes my face look old. I can see where my nasolabial folds start ( from the sides of my nose). Its just awful, please help.

      Hi Claudette, I am a gym member and I have been with Peta for over 2 years, we must follow the program as Peta tells us for the best results, we can't start and stop as we will not achieve great results, we must stick with the program as Peta tells us here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

    Good day. I just started series 1 yesterday and my jaw and neck already hurting 😊. Do I do these exercises everyday for 2 weeks before moving to the next series?

      2 weeks at 50 repetitions, then 2 weeks at 100 reps, then 2 weeks at 150. So 6 weeks for series 1, then you move on to series 2 😊

      Hello, you may find if you do the exercises and follow the program that it will help your teeth grinding resolve. I havent had experience with it at all when to do with facial exercises, however I have found that people will tell me that many problems has resolved by following the program.

    Hi Peta! The muscles on the right side of my face are weaker than the left. When I do the EAWM series should I exercise my whole face or just the right side? I want the right side of my face to look like the left side. Thanks!

      Pepp, exercise your whole face and use the focus technique on the side of your face that is drooping when you exercise

    Hi ! pretty peta.defenitely I m feeling the neck or chin muscles working.is this exercise effective for vertical neck wrinkles? I really appreciate it, but what bothers me is when doing this exercise the tip of my tongue can't stop burning. Love you and love your work to the moon and back.👏👏

      Hi Rose, yes your tongue will burn a bit while getting used to doing the exercise and yes it works for all types of neck wrinkles

    Is this good for lessening the “cords” on the neck? The vertical ligaments that start showing themselves going down the neck?

      Hi Joanne, you cannot add extra exercises to any of the routines because it will throw the amount of exercise you are doing in that area out of balance. Just follow the routines accordingly without changing them and you will have changes over time.

    Hello PETA. The first video before update the option of pressing tongue to the end of the roof was helping to stop snoring. I’d like to know if changing the position of the tongue will help to stop snoring too or not? Seems that this update works only for the double chin or I am wrong? 😊

    Also Peta, another question to my last comment last week, why can I not do 100 reps for 3 weeks and 150 for the other 3 weeks once I have gone through all your series, and have been doing this for almost a year now. If my muscles are getting stronger, by going back to 50 reps for 2 weeks , it seems to not challenge the muscles and I believe that is why the muscle seem to lose some tone. It's like weight lifting for one's body, once the muscles build and strengthen and tone, to lift lesser weight or do less reps would most likely cause some lose in strength, tone and/or build up of the muscle. Would this not apply to our face muscles as they are increasing in strength from the resistance applied and the amount of reps preformed; and to suddenly decrease these reps would cause some sagging to return? Please instruct and advise as to what is the best avenue to take. I especially see this "sagging" in the chin/jowl area, near and around the cheeks near the lip corners. Thanks I will be waiting for some response!

      Hi Vin, as I mentioned above we must follow the program as Peta describes, I too felt as you do, but I did not change from what Peta told us to do, I am 67 now and I am so happy with the results I have achieved, we must follow the program we cannot change add to or take away from, look at Peta she looks so wonderful, if we do as she tells us it is the best way to achieve the best results, we have to be patient, we have taken a long time to age and we cannot expect to revert back over night these things take time but it will work. follow the program as I have shown you in the above post.     Hello Peta,
    Thanks so much for this one.
    Just want to confirm one thing since the tongue placement is so critical.
    If I place my tongue where I think it should be when I lift and squeeze my tongue the neck area just below the chin pushes out.
    But if I move the tongue back just a smidge the same area will contract inward.
    I am shooting for the contraction - yes?
    I don’t want to assume and do the move incorrectly.

    You stressed that the muscle will lift and tighten but the sagging skin itself will not.. is that correct ?

    why is it when you go to a new exercise series and beginning with 50 reps again, whatever "firmness" or "lifting" has begun with the last series seems to begin to wane and start to sag again? I have been doing these series for almost a year now and whenever my face seems to be improving with the series I am in and doing the 100 to 150 reps, when I go to the next series and bring the reps down to 50, my face seems to loss whatever firmness it had acquired; is it me or is that normal for someone who began at the age of 59? Please help me understand if you can, I will be waiting for your answer. Thanks!

      Hi Vin I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, I understand what you are saying as I did not start till I was 64, we all have the sagging and wrinkling, but it will change as we continue to do the program, be diligent and stick with it, you will achieve wonderful results over time, it does take time, we all follow the program as Peta has described, here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

      Hi Too Real, no I am sorry, there are no substitute exercises for any of the routines. just try learning it and you will get it if you persist

    Thank you Prta, your exercises are very good. I love your hands, the look very smooth and young. I am the same age of you but my hands look very old and full of wrinkles. Do you have any advise or technique to make hands look younger? Thank you in advance.

      Hi Raja, thank you! I wash the dishes with gloves on, and use my day cream which has natural sun conditioning to protect the skin. The hand skin is the same as any other part of your face, and when you are out in the sun you need to cover them as well. My day cream is coming back on the market soon with a new "sun conditioning" natural formula.

    Will doing this make the muscle under you chin bigger and make your double chin look bigger?
