Ugh....this is why I don't think I could ever live in New York....streets too narrow and people won't yield to emergency vehicles...lights aren't on because the police think their pretty...it's because they want you move. Hate to say it but from some of the responses...seems almost faster to respond via Segway.
Does NYPD still use those hydraulic lift aerial bars for highway accidents???
