    seriously questionable information presented here unfortunately. retinoid is the name of the whole retinol family, encompassing retinol, retinal, retinol esters and retinoic acid/tretinoin (which is only available via prescription). and i don’t think mixing anything into your spf like she recommends is wise if you want to get the advertised protection and maintain the integrity of the sunscreen formula. a physical scrub?!? booooo
