    Maybe it's just where I'm from in canada, but anyone who I've met sounds American. I say sorry the US way, and I say about the US way. I've never heard people who actually say Sorey and aboot lol... (From Vancouver BC)

      I hear the Canadian accent sorey, but I am from London Ontario, Southern Ontario girl accent I guess. Milks in bags, we have our own set of vocabulary lol. But I'm out living in Calgary, still hear the accent tho depends on where and who I guess.

      +Hope Matheson not people from DC, if you go there and listen to the accent its the same as the neutral English speaker on google translate/microsoft bill/whatever other computer software that emulates neutral english

      What I think you meant is we don't have the accent Americans think we do. ( We talk like them. They talk like us. And we occasionally have different words for things, like pop. )

    In from North East England and I say "a-bow-t" and "s-O-rry" like the way it's spelt and I say pop, or fizzy drink but never ever soda, which could be like soda water but then I'd just say that - I'm with shay all the way! Haha

    in UK its just fizzy drink, or pop at a stretch. soda.. maybe we call soda sparkling water, carbonated water. not sure if soda is something different

    actually if you think about it... the supposed accent they are talking about sounds more like a british english accent more than anything. if they had an accent it would most likely be a french accent because canada at once was taken over by them a long time ago or something related out of what i remember from school
