In this video, I'll be sharing my experience on how I was able to sponsor my wife in less than 8 months given in these times of pandemic, which was made possible due to carefully collecting and organizing the documents that I'll be explaining in this video. Some of them are basic and some of them are unique that could really make your application stand out and increase your chances of faster processing and approval.

Please note this video is only for people who are planning to apply for Spousal sponsorship from any province other than Quebec. For Quebec residents, the process is kind of similar but with a couple of differences in terms of documents.

Yes sure you can apply for a visitor visa in the meantime, but I'll suggest wait a couple months to see how are things are going on in India before proceeding. Things might turn out fast.

It was helpful. I watched ot just a day after we submitted our application. And luckily we submitted almost all the documents mentioned here.

My online application is rejected because we didn’t attach signatures on the form, now we corrected all the missing signature and uploaded to the portal the problem is when we submit the application the “SUBMIT APPLICATION BUTTON CANT BE CLICK” please we need help for this since the ircc can’t be contacted easily

IT mentions some Qs. 4 &5 th mentions
"Have any family members been refused .......visitor visa for Any 'other COUNTRY' ..."
My Scenario:-
If SPONSOR who is now PR Canada, but before a long time back his USA visitor visa was refused.
Should it be put NO. for both Q. 4& 5?
(AS, instructions also mention that form for non-PR resident details, right?)
Q.2. What is the difference between " refused temporary resident visa" & "refused admission" aren't meant same?

no where on the checklist it says that the sponsor has to submit the birth certificate so how come you're saying that you have to submit the birth certificate?

When I submit the application, for her passport; which pages are required to be printed? Would it be just the pages that have her information? I had a query related to IMM 5532e Part C.
1) Will this be called arranged marriage as per this question: Was your marriage arranged?.
2) If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship. We met each other multiple times but only during the same visit that I was there for 3 months and not before. Was curious to know what to answer there.

Hi I want to fill out the spousal application so when I head over to get married she can sign it. But they are asking for family name on passport. Do she have to renew her passport after marriage and Change to my last name. So is it my last name I have to fill in or her.
Trust me I don’t think you left out anything. But you didn’t introduce your wife to us. Anyway I am sure she is beautiful. I wish you both all the love and success. I hope to one day see my husband in Canada. We have been trying for the past 3 years. I am now married to him, so We are now applying through the spousal sponsorship. Wish us luck. 😊

Yes you can, there is no such rule that avoids you from doing that.

I will suggest you to first accumulate your work experience in Canada along with all other tax information because these are a must before you plan to apply for sponsorship.

Thank you for all the informative videos. Does the principal applicant need to get ECA of their degree if they plan on working in Canada? WES has "ECA Application for IRCC" option and "WES Standard Application" option. Guidance will be greatly appreciated.
A principal applicant being sponsored by a Canadian spouse does not have to fulfill tough educational requirements like the other streams. And you don't need a WES on your education for this purpose. Once your sponsorship application is approved and you successfully land in Canada, you become a PR and automatically become eligible to work.

I got my wife issue a new passport with my last name and filled up spouse name for higher chances of approval

hey, you say you attached 130 photos but the instructions on the Checklist Form specifically says "up to 20 photos"... just wondering if this specification is new? or if you still suggest to ignore the instruction and send more photos?
If you are more into quality over quantity, then go ahead with 20 photos but choosing the best 20 out of all the occasions, celebrations, holidays you both have been to together, sounds really low. My application was not affected in anyway. Honestly, it's your call, CIC trashes all the photos anyways once the decision is made on an application.

Hi ali, I believe you already paid RPRF right away. Correct? As per my knowledge, the applications in london are going on a steady speed and Ottawa are processing applications even more faster. My wife's application was processed in Ottawa. So, I think you should receive something soon from them. Its just that as you already know Ontario is going through lockdowns every now and then which might end up taking more time.

I must say it you nailed it but I have a little confusion that you said on Proof of relationship; you said you don’t need to translate your chat logs in English but there is something else in the document checklist, can you please clear this to me?
Yes I had a lot of queries from people on this topic. As per me, I submitted my chats as is(that were in a different language) and saw no problem in processing. However, if having them translated does not bother you or take too much of your time then for sure you should have it translated. It wouldn't do any harm anyways. And make sure to have it notarized as well. Good luck.

I have a question, to mail the forms the government does not specify how to mail, just give you the address where to send the forms, so my question is does it have any particular envelope ( like the mesurements of the envelope), what stamp should I put it in the envelope... and so on...?

It doesn't have to be a specific envelope, any any measurement works , as long as everything your sending fits into one whole big envelope, you're good. Regarding the label, you can mention all the basic info of sender and receiver and Inland/Outland Sponsorship.
