I wish I'd seen these guys when I had the chance (JB's 97?). Under-appreciated, they represent for me the best of music in this country. To have consistently produced music that was always original and challenging was an amazing achievement. Thanks guys. Gone but never forgotten!
one of my fav bands!!
I love these guys
me three, I want the Chumbas to come back, even if just for a likkle peace on one occasion only
MAGICO
This music is fab and timeless,
高校生の時に聞きまくってた、くっそ懐かしい
What a band!
Really good stuff.
the best album i heard by far in a very long time, the last time was 2013 when i came across in the aeroplane over the sea by neutral milk hotel
Thank you
refreshment of the soul my friend, the Chumbas were so amazing that it is unimaginable
still same remember on stage
Nothing from Slap album?
I think this is just disc 1
the Uneasy Listening album itself is just this, the second disc on this version is the Tubthumper album as an added bonus (which comes with a full booklet as well). I didn't upload that cause that album is already available everywhere
@@nim3277 Except the disc 2 had the bonus track compared to the Tubthumper album without it.
@@benjithefox1278 the bonus track is Top of the World, which got added to the tracklist on all 1998 releases of the album (both standalone and the Uneasy Listening combo), and later on streaming as well afaik. That one doesn't even read as a bonus track to me anymore cause it's the most common version in my region, but you're right, technically it is. I uploaded the maxi-single of Top of the World as well, including all its bonus tracks: czcams.com/video/FewTZb9XVAg/video.html

Not bad for one hit wonders eh
I do like what chumbawamba say but if you listen enough you start to realize they are peddling communism without evening knowing it. They first called themselves anarchists then relabelled themselves socialists as they probably never done any hard labour in their lives. Just played around, socializing having fun. You might think I am a fascist when we have all been brought up on TV and what we have been told at school. Some people tell me we have never had socialism when they go to the pub and go to see their favourite band. To me the left and the right, socialism and fascism have been neatly platted together with the centre (liberalism) which would give you a type of totalatarism. Bring them up on socialfascism, just tell them they are seperate and let them march left right into the centre of the aybss.
They're clearly politically aware enough to explicitly know what their music is advocating for.
@@voiceofnoone2211 And what are they advocating.
@@grahamzvi3293 like you said communism
@@voiceofnoone2211 Thats what I think but what do you think ?
@@grahamzvi3293 I mean they never tried to hide the fact that they are anarcho-communists. Their first album is a direct criticism of capitalism and western imperialism, their second of liberal democracy. It's pretty blatant where they fall politically is all I'm trying to say.
