- Four times in eight days. That’s how many times a Lakeland mobile home park has flooded recently, according to a group of neighbors that includes Carol Coy. “It’s so hard to see this,” said Coy. “This has been one of the most frustrating things I think I’ve ever been through.” Coy and the others live at Citrus Center Colony, a 55-and-older mobile home community off W. Beacon Road in Lakeland. She and other neighbors say the community has flooded repeatedly over the years, even after routine afternoon showers.
Go to court to put an escrow account in place to hold your rent payments. See how long before they give you an answer when the cash flow stops. 😊
You know those poor trailers are just filled with black mold
They need to start a lawsuit.
Do you mean a Pin Stripe Suit?
It wouldn't cost that much for a plumber to send down a video probe to see if pipes are blocked
I bet the landlord corporation sure wants their rent on time
sure wish the Lutz area would get some real rain. the rain seems to go around the Lutz area.
Maybe the court should not be there?
