So we know a few pieces, and so far I'm impressed! Lots of insight into why contained in this video. The Empyrean is a long-loved set, and it's super cool to see it finally get upgraded.

Im so pumped for that rdm body. The +1 is already used in a ton of my sets for the enfeebling effect, but now it'll be a beast idle body plus it's just better in everywhere then before for enfeebling spells.

I saw on the FFXIAH job forum for THF the new empy body +2 is speculated to be as good as maxed Nyame for Rudra's. The +3 would easily surpass it assuming they continue the way they have. I can't get into Bumba groups, so I'll just skip upgrading Nyame. Maybe this new stuff will be solo friendly.
Yeah I got so focused on Conspirator I totally forgot how even Rank25 Nyame isn't fantastic because of the serious lack of DEX.

BST has some underrated gear, which enhances the job greatly.
I wish the Lynx could 1 charge Fusion/Light SC because charged whisker is insane when MBing.
Last time I took the job seriously, I could hang with any DD, but now I run around in my old gear, with missing armors from getting hit with remove armor abilities from mobs in Savage without caring to reequip them because Salvage is all I do now and days lol.
Wonder how the EMP +2 will be? This may get me to become serious again. I mostly play around on l vl 75 jobs, using BST to fund them.

I've been impressed with the utility of DRK, PLD, RDM, SAM, and COR Empy upgrades at the +2 level...looking forward to +3. THF upgrade doesn't impress me at this point. Adhemar +1 still stands out for me with its Triple Attack. The WSD +8 isn't impressive in a world with augmented Nyame.
The DEX should give the edge to THF body even at +2. Nyame is comically low on DEX. Big agree with you on the other jobs though.
Its a little low in stats. Depending on how hard it is going to obtain it probably should have +3 on the majority of those base stats. If they do release ambu+3 gear its gonna be on par with empyrean +2.
Those numbers make sense content wise.The empy+2 has been said to be relatively doable with 119 gear (so Im thinking ambu+2). We'll know for sure on the 10th.

i get confused the way SE makes their armor. like they know min maxing gear swapping but then sometimes they make gear for everything like ody gear and nayame one size fits most.
maybe they just want to move away from people using add on or making a hugely complicated macro(what i do because i play in the orignal lancher) to swap gear, maybe they are getting more players back and want it to be more easy?
or maybe they just said fuck it lets just make empy the end all be all set? who knows

@@wyslink9354 yeah it's the ranged equivalent of quick magic, but it's very useful after Snapshot is capped.
