"Hey dad! I'm stalking you...." LOL! In real life a hyperactive, talkative and imaginative little girl like Dot wouldn't be out of the ordinary at all. In Dot's case, she is probably actually a genius because she always successfully makes an ass out of her self-important, hateful, lazy parents, in particular her father. I think that's part of why it's so funny, because Dot's parents treat her like she's a moron but in reality she's the cleverest of all.
So much of the cast of MadTv were comic geniuses and WAY funnier than the actors on SNL. You would think that after MadTv was cancelled SNL would have offered the funniest actors on MADTv jobs at SNL right? ❓❓❓Such a shame. 🙁
She makes people feel embarrassed, but at the same time she tells the truth no matter how dark it is, oh bless her. With Dot on our side, we have a lot to be thankful for. Happy No Fucksgiving everyone!🍁🍂🦃
I swear they don't even give her a script -- they just let her loose on the cast in character and let her have at it. She is amazing at improv. It amazes me how anyone else can keep a straight face.
Dot is the best! It's amazing how well that actress imitates a hyper-active child! Craziness aside, Dot reminds me of myself when I was a kid. Once, when I was a flower girl at my aunt's wedding, I started walking down the aisle the wrong way, so I had to come back. Then, when I was already standing at the altar, I kept jumping off of it and going back up, over and over again, dancing around with the flower basket on my head until my dad took me out of the ceremony and set with me 'til the end.

They reached their peak at a great time. SNL had periods with great cast members, but MADtv was consistently good.
