They're not actually "loved", like real love. A fan's love is not real love. It's just fascination with an artist external features, with how they dance and how they appear in front of cameras. The real human being is behind all of this, a person that sometimes is completely different from what they show on the exterior. It's a responsibility from each one to take care of ourselves, physically and mentally. Surely he was struggling with something he couldn't fix on time. btw I'm not into kpop, and I'm not a fan of his, but I don't like when fans say they love artists or that they know them very well.
