Fantastic tutorial. Very logical and precise. My first, look forward to others...Thank you.
Hi William, thanks so much for watching. Many more to come 😊
Amazing edit. Love how you manipulate the light to give the picture so much more depth and mood. Great job Mark.
Thanks so much Brendan! I really appreciate the comment!
Awesome Video! The way you explain the lighting is great!
Thanks so much! I appreciate that a lot!
Excellent video. Realistic, and reassuring to know that editing isn't necessary a quick 5 second routine. You demonstrate clearly how one should revalidate and go back to previous changes if required. Love the full edit video and hope to see more down the line.
Thanks so much for the comment, and thanks so much for watching 😊
Thanks Mark, great result and great detailed explanation. Just one thing I see several photographers misinterpret, and that is the inner ring of the feather on the radial gradient is 100%, not 50%. Thans again.
Thanks so much for the comment. You are in fact 100% correct, thanks so much for pointing that out. Makes no sense to think of it as the 50% pin.
thank you for this tutorial, it helps very much.
My pleasure, thanks for watching and for the comment!
excellent tutorial. even though i do not use Ps, there are all transferable skills.
Thanks so much! Definitely a lot can be used in different programs. Thanks for watching and for commenting 😊
Excellent advice, clearly and logically put across. Thanks.
I appreciate that, hope you found it helpful!
Excellent tutorial, Mike. It's great to see how an excellent image is gradually built. Personally, I liked the part where you explain why to use Blacks instead of Shadows and why Whites instead of Exposure. These are the things that help to better understand Lightroom and to know WHY and not just how. That's why I would love to see more such explanations in presentations. Mechanically moving sliders without understanding why doesn't lead to knowledge or understanding of the process. Great job, keep it up. 👍👍👍
Thanks so much for the feedback. These more in depth tutorials allow me to share a lot more of the why! More coming soon 😊
Great Video, explaining clearly the subtle changes that can be made to enhance an image.
Thanks so much! I really enjoy the subtle changes, makes so much difference
Awesome edit ❤
Thank you! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for another great video. A great reminder what can be achieved through thoughtful application of the editing process!
Hi Keith, thanks so much for watching and for the comment. 🙌🏻
Great video, just what I was hoping for. It was excellent to hear you explain what you're seeing and then go into detail about how you intend to do the edit. It was great to see how much you go back and forth to get the result you want. Totally different than watching edited videos. I personally don't mind the extra length. I'd love to see more like this. Impressive!
Hi Donald, thanks so much for that feedback. I definitely have a lot more of these longer videos planned.
Excellent stuff as always Mark. Really interesting to see the full edition process. Thanks for the additional presets. Looking forward to that ebook too when it’s available.
Thanks so much Bryan. The ebook has taken a bit of a back seat for now unfortunately, but it’s in the pipeline 😊 hope you find the presets helpful. Already got plenty to add to V2 of the set, I’ll probably have those sent out to you in the next week or so.
Wow!! Another stunning edit. Thank you so much for your inspiration
Thanks so much for watching, truly appreciated 😊
Great and very informative video as always.
Thank you.
Thanks for watching and hope found some useful techniques to use. Thanks for the comment 😊
Danke!
Thank you so much! Really appreciate that!
@@MarkDumbleton I really like your videos, they have significantly improved the quality of my edits!
This video is Gold. Should not be free. Great info Mark!
Thanks so much for the comment Kobus! Appreciate it
Thank you Mark for this excellent video. It does really encourage me to try and edit in more innovative ways. However, I have a question on the computer specification to use. My laptop hangs sometimes, when I use lightroom. Can you recommend what specification of computer to use for lightroom?
Great video! Thanks. I got your Free LR Tool, thanks, working perfect. Q: is there an extra tool/preset in it for denoise? Or do I something wrong? How to handle that subject an easy way?
Hi Kees, thanks for the message. No there isn’t a DENOISE preset at this stage.
Thanks for the video!. BTW your accent sounds Kiwi.
Thanks so much for watching. It’s a South African accent 😊
@@MarkDumbleton ah i am still training my ears. South African accent is hard for me to get. Thanks Mate. Looking forward to more videos!
Plenty more to come!
