Natto Pancake is a savory pancake made with Japanese traditional fermented soy beans called Natto and garlic chives. This savory pancake is similar to Okonomiyaki, but it's more like Chijimi or Korean pancake (Buchimgae) with simple vegetable ingredients.
You may not like Natto by itself because of the smell and sticky texture, but when it’s seasoned well and cooked, Natto is not so overwhelming. You may be pleasantly surprised how tasty it is!
