It came with a pillow ball retainer screws, I tried again today and did the same thing hope it can come off. 😂
Vitavon should take that back, hopefully they make it right. To me they must have improperly tapped the threads.
Yeah, it must be. Dam almost got retainer screw where it needs to be. Then, it just stopped. I tried easy out and heard a pop and knew it cracked 😂
