What shock fluid? I tried 50w but I might get an accelerometer to see how much of a difference even thicker oil makes on impact force. Even 10% less force is a huge deal when we’re talking 30ft drops

Dude how do you find spots like this. What the hell do I google. The only running I ever do is grass or pavement with a home made ramp, a pretty good ramp but still… I want some dirt! I want some fast long jumps!

Do you think it made the landing more plush? The heavier oil? Any shock absorbed by that fluid is less shock in your electronics and parts, which is always good in my book. Can’t beat the upgrade for how cheap fluid is 👍🏽

Ya I was expecting you to be faster with your gears. I was showing 55 with mine on 20/46 gears with non belted sledgehammers. If I leave mine still when I turn it on it picks up 12 satellites and is ready to go in about 5 seconds. Nice to be home again, my stuff should get delivered today.

The XRT is likely my favorite RC truck amongst the 1/6 - 1/5th scale RC trucks. Cool video. ty. Happy trails.

I got a Max 6 G2 1650, it never really gets hot and it’s 100 here. I did decide to put rocket fans on it anyway. I would invest in aluminum diff housing and aluminum diff casing. That car is way to powerful to have plastic diff case and housing. I think you blew your front diff on your first jump.

Diff gear is skipping.

My Kagama went off out of commission as well. I’m going to try a 46 spur with a 18 to start. Just rebuilt the rear with aluminum diff housing and diff case. The diff seemed fine, hopefully it’s the front, if not I am clueless.

Did u check for any chip in the gear front and rear. Did u inspect the input gear in the diff case front and rear. If they look good them i would add another shim on the diff gear side to give it a little tigher mesh

Sledgehammers work good on the XRT, nice bash. That had to be the longest wheelie I have seen with a XRT. Once you up the spur to the 20-44 you will be a couple mph faster than me. I had 55 with 20-46 so I am guessing about 57.

I started picking up spare parts for mine like arms etc for when the inevitable happens. Next time out I am going for a double. How far is it from the jump to where you are landing, about 80 - 100 feet?

Sound like front or rear gear input gear and diff gear

Yeah, I had hobbywing max 5 1100kv, and it was fun, but I kept on breaking spider gears and ring gears, so I went back to stock.

Xmaxxs are just straight up monsters. I love mine 1100 kv max 5 25/35 almost all M2C upgrades. Ran at least 20 packs, no breakages.
