Yes! My husband and I are exhausted. He owns a business and doesn’t take days off. Even at home his phone doesn’t stop. I just planned a camping trip to Asheville and told him we’re leaving on Wednesday. Lol we’ll see if he gets in the car or not. I want us to take time to re-evaluate our lives. When life gets so busy that you can’t rest then something needs to change.
As parents, farmers, and CZcamsrs, you’re expending a lot of physical and emotional energy each day. A small act of self care each day can go a long way. Take care of yourselves guys. 💙💤

Emotional stress tiredness is debilitating. So difficult to overcome. Difficult but not impossible. God is your refuge and strength. I don't say this lightly. Stop and tell Him how you feel and let Him know you need Him, His wisdom, His strength. Ask Him to show you.

For me, I had to get rid of Toxic family members and friends who did not love life, love my marriage or just respect my home(therapy-helped me realize that toxicity is just that... toxic)..

Thank you for that Art!! Sometimes we needed to be reminded that it is ok to rest. I find a good walk in Nature quiets my mind. My life is super busy day after day, and I don’t just feel tired, I feel over stimulated too! It makes me want to unplug from everything and just take a leisurely walk in nature. Thank you both for not quitting I love your channel so much
