Arrggg you baked a bug. You can see it crawling on the pan. Maybe a wash with a little vinegar before baking would help. But thanks for the info. Very helpful.
Very helpful. I wasn’t sure if you could dehydrate it. Another CZcamsr swears by freeze drying but that machine is too expensive. I do own a dehydrator though, so I think I’ll try it.
I know ya saw that bug crawling all over the cilantro 😭😂😭😂😭

Thanks for your comment. Fortunately, I saw the bug before baking. I did wash the cilantro thoroughly, but he made it through....arrggg
More protein!
Thank you ❤

Yes, dehydrating works great!
The time to bake varies depending on your oven. Mine oven dries cilantro in about 4-6 hours depending on the amount.
Thank you ⚜
Did you eat the bug crawling around after you cooked it
You said 200゚ but you didn't say how long you keep it in the oven for?
You are suppose to rinse them up n dry before baking.
he hee The best is fresh cilantro i get lazy and just stick in the deeper freezer helps keep it, even thro it turns black still good tastings
@ 1:28 Am I the only one that saw that green bug?
Jumped right out here too... I guess at 200 degrees, the dried cilantro herb can include some micro-protein.
I saw it too😄
How many min did she say?
Good question , I want to know too
Looked online. 30 mins at 250f
