i have done my mba marketing from pakistan karachi and now i want to take admision in germany public university in masters in marketing kindly te me its good for me or not
Well this depends on what you want, if you want to study than sure it's good, but if you want to come to Germany for work, than you can consider Job Search visa too, but finding a job in Marketing without German Language would be a challenge. So study seems a better option for you but at the end you need to decide what you want.

If you aplied for masters then 5 weeks, for bachelors 12 weeks, yes you can write them emails once the waiting period has passed away.

I wanted to say you can print the letter that university had provided you and submit it to the consulate, no need to submit orginal.
