Fluency is not your speaking is very fast. You have to speak at length, that the examiner can understand your words.

he is really a good speaker. he has confidence what he will say. In addition, I like his ides pattern and he is organized and he knows what he says. Th only different between him and weaker speakers is diligence and practicing language every day. I hope all success to the speakers.

Overall he speaks well also his ideas too 👍 good although he didn't use high range Vocabulary but how he got 9?

Lexical resources
Grammatical range and accuracy
Pronunciation features
He deserves 7 or 7.5 thanks to he didn't speak about two minutes that was given by the teacher. In addition to, advance vocabularies haven't been used by him which was significant to get 8 or 9. However, if he tries down the road of course, it will be easier to get a good ramification.
Vocabulary is BS also uve got grammatical errors
His speech sounds natural. He also used some precise words if not advanced. Clearly deserves more than 8.
