I’m also quiet, but no one makes fun of me because schools in my town take bullying a lot more seriously than usual.
As a quiet person. I will share the disadvantages as well.
1. You can be excluded from group conversations.
2. You are mostly ignored by people around you.
3. Things get very awkward when you end up getting in a one on one conversation with people.
4. Most quiet people don't end up dating because they never hold conversations to get noticed enough to get asked out. Or are not able to ask someone out themselves.
Hence the moral of the story is don't talk nonsense but be good at communicating.

This depicts a kid that is quiet because he wanted to be quiet and use it as a tool to get other things. That is not normally what a quiet kid is like.
I was the quiet kid at school. Perhaps even the quietest. I hardly ever spoke to anyone. Had very few friends. Avoided eye contact with most everyone. Just to give you an idea of how quiet I was, a girl who sat in front of me in class signed my year book. She wrote, "You are so quiet I have to turn around to see if you are there."
Whenever attempting to have a conversation, I had a hard time figuring out when it was my turn to speak. When I finally got the opportunity to say what I wanted to say, the subject of the conversation had changed many times and it took them a while to realize that I was talking about a previous subject. Many times I was asked why I did that. But I just shrugged.
I was the victim of bullying a lot in school. I hated that. It caused me a lot of anguish and numerous nightmares.
I did not get to experience having a girl friend in school. I could never get the courage to ask a girl out.
In elementary school, I wanted to be in the choir. So I went to the tryouts. When it was my turn to sing so the teacher could see if I was any good, I got so nervous. I tried to sing but I do not think any sound came out. I was petrified of being in the spotlight.
Between bullying at school and they way I was treated at home. I had very low self-esteem. And thought I was stupid.
Anyways, the kid in this video is not the typical quiet kid at school.
I was always quiet kid at school too, and didn't have any friends. But hey, at least I'm better off without any friends irl (in real life). I would always talk to some other kids on Xbox.

I used to be the quiet kid at school. But when I was 15 I ended up in a class where most of the people there was friends, and there was nobody I disliked.
