I’m so glad! Remember to get rid of all the duplicated transactions by filter out “blanks” under “tax collected” or only include “state” under “jurisdiction level” or simply divide the sales price by 4 since everything is being counted 4 times.

I didn't know how to file a $0 return and I went to an accountant and told him that I owe $0 and I didn't know how to file it. Somehow he ended up telling me that I did owe taxes, so I ended up paying taxes I did not owe and charged me an extra $325 to file it.
I am from California. I sold some inventory in retail price and collected tax, also my purchaser was in California as well. Where I show in my return that retail sales! Thank you I like your be video

For Ohio, am I required to do same as your California example in this video? Do I need to put what was my total sales from Amazon, and was for Ohio only? I really appreciate your support!@@LedgerGurus
@@user-zu9vt3cs5dFor Ohio, you need to put your total OHIO state sales in the total and then put your OHIO Amazon sales into the exempt line. Then the taxable line is only for taxable OHIO sales. You should not be reporting ALL of your Amazon sales. Just the sales from that state.

Hey, so this year's report is impossible to calculate. I'm in way over my head here. I downloaded the report from Amazon and it lists the tax exclusive selling price like 5 times per order, making my sales like 5 times as much. How do I accurately calculate my sales?!?!
Hi, This is just what I was looking for! One issue I had was running the pivot report was that the tax exclusive selling price repeated down the column, making the total price per item much higher. Your report has the item cost listed one time. How do I get that format?

Thank you for video. Ran the "Combined sales tax report" but found many order IDs have duplication (if not all of them, some has more than others), therefor increased those sales figure significantly. for example I have one order ID for a sale that's $24.99. It appeared 9 times giving a sum of $224.91. Also this same order ID shows shipping fee 9 tims. Whereas other order ID appeared multiple times but without shipping cost. Can you please help? Thanks so much!

Same way as the one I showed in the video, just download reports according to the two periods.
