Made the jello ice cube thingies in the 1st recipe and while they tasted pretty good, they came out over gummy. Not bad for an alcoholic snack(?) but definitely not something I would want in my drink. And they need to be used same day because the berries shrink and the cubes become an ugly mess afterwards 😣
