#ይሁንና በዚህ በአሜሪካ ግን ቢዝነስ የመስራት ነገር ምንም #አልበራልኝም!!! አሜሪካ እንደመጣሁ ተስፋ ያደርግሁትና የሞከርኩት ዋሽንግተን ሲያትል በሚገኘው #በStarbucks ዋናው መቤት ተቀጥሮ ለመስራት ነበር!... ነገርግን #የፋይናንሻል ክራይስስ ወቅት በመሆኑ በርካታ ስቶሮች እየተዘጋ ስለሆነ አሁን ልንቀጥርህ አንችልም አሉኝ!!! እንጂ I was/am the most resourceful & the primary resource person (Coffee Expert) ብሎ ሊቀጥረኝ ነበር የStarbucks መቤ/ት...!
አሁን ላይ #ለቢዝነስ ለመስራት ትልቅ ሀሳብ አለኝ!!!... ወንድሜ contact ባደርግህ ጥሩ ነው አብረን እንሰራለን ብዬ አምናለሁ!!! #በጣም ጥሩ የስራ ልምድና ትጋትና ታማኝነት ስላለኝ የይርጋጨፌ ቡና ገበሬዎች አምራችና ላኪዎች (ኤክስፖርት) ዩኒየን (Organic Coffee by default owners or growers, producers and Exporter) (YCFCU Ltd) መስራችና የመጀመሪያው ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ ሆኜ በመስራት ለድርጁቱ ለ3 ተከታታይ አመታት ትርፍ አስገኝቻለሁ!!!... የደሞዝ ዕድገት የገንዘብና ሌሎች የውጭና የአገር ውስጥ በርካታ ሽልማቶችንም አግኝቻለሁ!!!
ባጠቃላይ በቡና ስራ ላይ ከአለማያ ግብርና ዩኒቨርሲቲ ትምህርት ጀምሮ እስከ ከፍተኛ ሀላፊነት ጥርሴን የነቀልኩበትና ስለምወደውም የተባረኩበት #ለድርጅቴም ውጤታማ ስራ የሰራሁበት መስክ ነው! ቡና!!! ይህ ብቻ ሳይሆን በቡና ቢዝነስ የተነሳ አሜሪካ ለመኖር ከመቅረቴ በፊት ለ3 ግዜያት በቡና በቢዝነስ ጉዳይ ተመላልሻለሁ...! #አውሮፓም እንዲሁ በቡና ቢዝነስ ለበርካታ ጊዜያት ተመላልሻለሁ!!!

Great video! I learned a lot from the interviewee. However, I noticed that the interviewer interrupted him quite a bit, which made it difficult to follow some of the points he was trying to make. It would have been great to hear him out fully. Nonetheless, I think the guests on this channel are amazing and I feel inspired by their insights.

one of the marks of a good interviewer is his/her ability to listen. This guy dis as much talking as the guest. My other peeve is that all the English words and phrases you used have the amharic equivalent. If you want the interview to be in English, by no means do it in English. There is nothing wrong with it. What you did is demonstrate that you are incompetent in two languages.
