I rode this trail like 20 years ago when it had the high skinny bridge over the gully, big consequence on that feature.

Why is your bike so quiet? When I check mine everything is rock solid but once I ride it's a bag of bolts lol. Smooth riding, as always! ❤

The reason u have bad hand and arm pump is because you stop you should try and do as much as you can without stopping to improve it possibly doing the entire trail in one go
