Under rated and under appreciated. One of the best passers in NBA history.
Really
Lol he deserves that. You're saying that because you only watch highlights
he has eyes everywhere
LARRY BIRD JR 🐐
@@auroraborealis9928 settle down child
I think it’s even more amazing that his teammates are ready to catch these passes
The way Shaq tells it you put your hands out and call for the ball, and it just gets there.
One of thoe guys who you have to just play with your hands (at least) half way up and ready to catch a pass at basically any time.
Right! Cause I would have got smacked in the face a couple of times lol
Right that ball would be bouncing off my face and chest constantly lol
I read somewhere: if he isn't looking at you, you better expect the ball😁
Thx for telling me I never knew
Cool fact
Well, guess I'll have to walk around with my hands up ready to catch the ball now.
Facts you can notice it in these clips, he’ll make the sound like “WOOOOO” to signal that you’re getting the ball
@@mibbzx1493 to who tho? did he has different yells for different players 😁😁
Bro I swear Sacramento’s commentator says “If you don’t like that, you don’t like NBA basketball” all the time 😂
LOL more times than I can count😂
It’s actually better than them sometimes saying “if you don’t like that, you don’t like King’s basketball” 🤣
i hate it
Well if you don’t like that you don’t like nba basketball!! 🤣
well he lost his job so we wont hear it anymore lmao
Every once in a while you gotta come back to Jason Williams highlights 😂
White Chocolate a legend 💯
Absolute legend!
Underrated legend
Pistol Pete v2
hell yea
J. Will 😃
One of the best passers in NBA history.
And ball handlers
@@nagboinfi Yes.
Top 5
💯
I wouldnt say the best but def the flashiest
This dude has 4,611 assists, absolute legend.
😂insane
Crazy to think John Stockton had 15,806 assists..
Lol yeah and Kidd right behind him with 12,091 but the fact is Jason Williams was the flashiest passer
The speed and accuracy of his passes were some of the most exciting and amazing things to see in basketball he is definetely among the top 3 of all time passers but #1 in excitement that's for sure.
Accuracy? These are highlights. They don't show all the times he tossed it to the 3rd row. But mostt exciting for sure. Reason why he was traded for Bibby.
That guy has some of the quickest hands, feet, and critical thinking skills I’ve ever seen in basketball. Guy was a cult icon!
Would have like to see him and Steph on the same team.
Maybe his real nickname should be The Flash or Quicksilver.
@@kybernetic8Quicksilver sounds pretty dope
Cameraman when seeing Jason Williams: Oh shit, this guy again.
youR funny bro
hahhahahahaha. Underrated comment
The NBA just has to come out with a compilation of the 2000s Kings, their passing highlights are the best I’ve ever seen.
They have to be the best passing team in history.. 1-5 could all pass.. only other team I've really seen like that was the bulls about a decade ago
Don't get credit they deserve. Way better than the boring warrior era that's gets all the love now. We woulda kicked their ass.
How that team didn't win a title amazes me
@@badlt5897
Simple.
It's called rigged.
If I remember Lakers got like 25 foul calls in a quarter or something like that.
And I'm pretty sure the ref of that game... Also said it was rigged 😆
@@iamdaliborCwebb got hurt too
The title of this video should jus be “if you don’t like this highlight reel, you don’t like NBA basketball!”
His misdirection skills is amazing
Man he legit kuroko irl
@@abdisparta2661I was thinking Akashi
I remember once Jason Williams getting a standing ovation while on the road, just for a pass he had made! Imagine that ? from the other teams' fans. I think there is footage of that on CZcams. One of the most entertaining basketball players ever.
Jason "White Chocolate" Williams.
In Philly and basically every stadium he played. Kings were special.
What a player he was !!! Ronalidinho of basketball 🔥💣
That's crazy because I was JUST thinking the EXACT same thing .. The imagination and flair is very Dinho-esque
Yezzir same thing
Except less winning
I've been a Spurs fan for almost 50 years, so I've lived that period to the full, and how could you not love Jason Williams?
It was a show within a show.
Dude left the glove like he was a spectator lol
His face was priceless.. like wtf dude just do to me lol
Tried to trip him lol
THE GLOVE LOOKED LIKE ....FISHNET BLACK PANTY HOSE😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
My man ran by Payton saying "if the Glove don't fit, you must acquit!" 😆
He deserves much more than what he got, from the NBA, and the fans.
This is actually magic
It would have been so awesome to see him in an All Star game! All Star games were meant for players like him!
The elbow pass was amongst a bunch of allatars
1 of my all time favorite players, he was so reminiscent of Pistol Pete.
Facts💯
Word...baby Pistol
He really was. Pistol Pete was way better though .
@@Chevy-hw6lw lmao no he wasn't no weather ur arguing if he was the better all around player but jwill handles he's way quicker and way more fluent than pistol Pete he might created it but jwill master that part and the crispness and just gis vision was better and he played against way way way way better players n competition that's not even close only one close to me handles wise is kyrie
Those passes are what happens when you have immense talent and fully understand the game.
I used to love watching JW play ball. He was so exciting to watch on account of his love for the game. His court awareness. Was always looking to pass. And bc he had fun while playing
White Chocolate was one of the best passers of all time an absolute amazing playmaker!💪🏿👊🏿
It still amazes me at the degree of Difficulty and the INSANE PINPOINT 🎯 accuracy of his passes. J Will was a special special player
Probably the most underrated NBA player ever!
He gets a ton of love on youtube tho
When you make passing look fun, you’re doing something right. White chocolate is a legend
Most exciting player in nba history
Let alone MJ, Magic, and Dr. J, Vince Carter is more exciting than him
I really miss the full stadiums and the atmosphere:(
@Matuscara ت Nah
I miss life before 2020.
When Kobe was alive and you can go to places without masks.
@@Terror832 same
@Matuscara ت you can’t be serious? There’s no home court advantage without fans. Fans, mascots, halftime show’s, there all part of the game. It’s barely a basketball game in the bubble, looks like a run at LA fitness.
They will be back eventually...you act like this has been going on for years...
Ohhh he we so bada$$ his style just made u smile he was just different.
I still think a great pass is the most beautiful thing in basketball. This was fun to watch.
An excellent passer, good ball handler and had streetball moves, so entertaining to watch
4:45 That is one of Jason Williams' most adrenaline-charged plays, for a spectator. I will never forget the faces he made, after that pass.
If it wasn’t for the slo-mo replays you’d never see the brilliance.
Williams to Webber...LEGENDARY.
Best handles, passer, and court awareness for an NBA PG ever in my opinion. There might be better ones in street ball, but none of them could make the NBA, what to speak of having the balls to do those moves on the big stage.
If you making Gary Payton and John Stockton feet planted. You know you got skills. #JasonWilliams
No joke.
High school player: Makes simple bounce pass
His head:
There’s seriously no one like him 🤟💯
1:29 Legendary
Legendary travel
First step was off the dribble
Man I wanna see him in the league again think he'd make a great coach
Sometimes it's impossible to see or understand what the guy actually did. Amazing!
I remember Jason Williams and his incredible plays, but watching these highlights reels is absolutely amazing!
Jwill and Jordan are the only two who still give me goosebumps when watching their highlights.
His court awareness is off the charts
It was great being a Kings fan back then. Great times.
This is the absolute pinnacle of how much fun a man can draw from watching this sport 👌🏻
he is still one the most favorite player!
*The Sacramento highlights are special but, it wasn't until he met Hubie Brown that his game elevated.*
agree
I miss players like him nowadays in the NBA. A classic pass first guy - but wow what kind of passes!
Moving in gigabytes speed while everyone on megabytes speed
Gigahertz / megahertz
Greatest passer and ball handler I've ever watched play the game
The speed of his hands is ridiculous 🔥
When the pass is actually prettier than the dunk!😉
The beauty of NBA is JWill and Jordan. Best player ever and love both of them 👍
The best is hearing and seeing the opposing team and stadium go crazy.
talk about one player i wish could never grow old. i could watch him for decades.
He was the only PG that could give Steve Nash a run for his money back then!!.. ◻️🍫
Jason kidd ?
@@aoihgadnlgago I forgot about him the boy was nice too.
Bibby?
MAJOR cap. he's one of my favourites but he wasn't on Nash's level at ALL brodie.
Jason knows that one of the hardest space to guard is the space beside the defender head, thats y he always throw the ball through that space!
I could watch him all day long!! Such an exciting player...MISS YOU BROTHER!!!
bros passing skills are still unmatched to this day
I remember seeing that dunk live....i almost passed out from screaming so hard
The most spectacular and entertainment player ever in the NBA , always looking for the show, always!! Pure genius J Will , really no other players reach this level of show except MAGIC JOHNSON
And Pistol Pete.
What an intriguing player ahead of time...man...if he played today's game...he would easily be the most popular player...
Listen to the crowd noise when he does what he does. Just take a moment to listen carefully. It's just a slightly different noise than anything else you get at an NBA game. An absolute joy.
Right! Especially in NY
Spot on
In my humble opinion, he's one of the best basketball players I've ever seen!
That’s a ludicrous suggestion lol but ok Jason Williams is better then Allen Iverson was? Foh and nobody respects J-Dub more than me, all the love and respect for that guy helluva player but better then Isiah Thomas? Lmao 😂
@@northernjersey2479 I'd have to see video & compare but I edited my comment to one of the best
@@nymer313 See a video and compare? Are you out of your fucking mind? Jason Williams might be, maybe top 300 all time lmao 😂
I love that future J Will coach Hubie Brown called the infamous elbow pass like it was a perfectly executed routine basketball play!
J Williams had perfect 360 awareness. He always knew where his team was as if he has eyes in the back of his head
I could watch j will clips all day
Jason Williams had the BEST handles in history, he was doing this in the NBA against the best players on the planet. This aint no And1 mixtape, this was against NBA level killers. 🔥💯👍👍💪
This guy and magic the best passer in NBA history and period
1) John Stockton
2) Magic Johnson
3) Jason Kidd
4) Steve Nash
5) Jason Williams
happy bday to Jason
He was a beast love you NBA!
Para mi el jugador mas imaginativo y mas divertido de la historia de la NBA. Un fenómeno ¡¡
I think it's physically impossible for Williams to do a routine chest or bounce pass.
Oh he could do them. He would make it right to your hands or in the perfect every time. It just didn’t look cool
Him and his coaches have said that
I think he thought those were illegal. 😆
I had forgot about Jason, this dude was “THE TRUTH” give this man his flowers, while he’s still alive. ❤
J dub!! A glitch in the matrix.. when he yelled wooooohh.. defense was broken and a player was open.. i think they all used to be so amazed by him. Everyone was expecting the monent. Captivating..
His passes are all on line, with strength on them, that dude had to have been strong. His court vision is just amazing, no look pass is hard enough, because if your team mates aren't paying attention it's a turnover or out of bounds. AMAZING
"If you don't like that, you don't like NBA Basketball!"
That's my favorite Jason Williams call of all time.
For at least that one play, Williams wasn't regarded as the best White player, or even the best Point Guard in the NBA.
In that moment, Jason Williams WAS Basketball.
JASON WILLIAMS IS HALL OF FAME!!! NO OTHER GUARD COULD DO WHAT HE DID!!!! NONE
They said here in WV that he could take a ball, pick a block on the wall and hit it 100% from 20 ft behind his back. Dude was a legend. He and Randy Moss playing hs basketball were some of the most entertaining games I’ve ever watched
When you good. But was damn good. Glad he got a ring. Loved watching him play.
Exciting!!! Really fun to watch listen to the crowds and even the other teams bench are blown away.. Fun basketball!
What a straight stud on the court JayWill was!!!
Happy BLESSED Birthday 🙏🏿❤️🎁🎂🎉🎊
I'm glad I grew up in the 2000s man seen all these legends play.
I love the passes where he yelps, it's like he is having too much fun!
As a floor General, Williams was dominating, his ability to shoot the 3 and create plays made him impossible to ignore. This gave those who played with him endless opportunity.
The amount of time I said “how did he do that?” is still mind blowing to me, and I watched this many times before.
Saw him play regularly in Sacramento. What a joy he was watch!
When i use to watch NBA i loved watching Jason Williams and the Kings play. He was fun to watch.
Wish there is someone having his skills in this era
Maybe Lonzo Ball? ..... I am joking of course.
Skills ? , Yes, but the Showmanship? There's no one. I remember his no look passes, while winking to the press or fans in the crowd. I remember his shouting " Woo ! " right before threading a perfect pass. Perhaps not the most skilled, but definitely one of the most entertaining basketball players who ever stepped on the court. It looked like he was having fun out there.
Lámelo had it but he’s injured too much and will likely fade away from stardom.
White chocolate was a special player :)
Love how he does a Rick Flair style "wooo" when he passes the ball
I was looking for this comment...i heard it too...especially when he fires that left handed no-look pass to Corliss Williamson @ 0:20 in the video
"16 TIMES!!!"
Unique & special player. great guy too.
The Greatest Show on court.. with GOAT passer is Jwill.
Ehhh no. I agree with the first part tho
@@wadeburner who else can do the elbow pass.. he's career remember as out of this world passing.. outselling everybody's jersey after Jordan retire.
@@taugrassaphi6168 Pete Maravich, J Will's idol.
@Euro American. Pistol Pete was not his idol. Lol
If his shooting and scoring was better he would've been superstar level player
Dude used to launch 3s like curry and it would land in the 3rd row lol hella turnovers too.
One of the best dynamic passers the game has ever seen, also top 5 in handling the rock in my opinion. He was so super nice that Shaq made moves to get him to the Miami Heat where the won a championship.White Chocolate. He also went to high school with Randy Moss where they played basketball together
His no looks were crazy, wasn't just with the eyes its the fact he changes the pass motion at the same time
