Oda drip is better than Kubo drip???? Opinions are a thing that exist, but facts are facts and Kubo is the best character designer in the game. He does more with two colors than Oda could ever dream of doing with the entire spectrum.
While I fully agree that aesthetic-wise he slays, I feel that it is hard to give him that title due to some people's opinions on his faces being a bit same-y. (Personally I don't think that it is that bad but I can see why some people have issues.) Also no need to talk down Oda to talk up Kubo. They are both rad!
one pieces original style was so unique and full of life… i appreciate how much oda has grown as an artist over the years but man i wish he would bring some of that uniqueness of the original style back. i feel like the og style brings a great deal of charm to the story that the current art style just doesn’t have.
Wow, hold on a little. You can't just disrespect Kubo's fashion like that. Style is the one thing Kubo still got going for him when everything else went to shit
Fairy Tail had so much potential by its initial run, but by the halfway point the series seriously loses all balance of development. The fact Fairy Tail (the guild) broke up a third time, you could tell the writer had no idea what to do with his series. The main issue with Shounen (comics too) was making bigger and bigger moments without anymore smaller breathing moments. Not to mention FT initial run (it seems to have 4 to 5 spin-offs now) there is no development to anybody who isn't a Dragon Slayer, Lucy, or something regarding Natsu. My main issue is Fairy Tail (the guild) is treated like the ultimate good guys, if anybody cheats they're bad but IF THEY CHEAT they're good. They had so many good characters, but alot of female ones ended up becoming very 1 dimensional. There's exceptions but very few.
zoro saying "get a grip!" to luffy during punk hazard will always be one of the coolest moment of his and just shows how deep their relationship is as his vice captain.
The line about Zoro laughing less and less as the series goes on hit like a truck. I've been re-reading OP and between the Romance Dawn arc and the Wano arc Zoro really has changed the most out of the entire crew.
In a different universe, Zoro is the main character randomly traveling the world and fighting everywhere he ends up. His main rival ends up being Sanji
I like that analogy, “zoro is the straight man to luffys more goofy and playful nature” this describes them perfectly and it makes much more sense as to why he was picked to be luffys viceroy.
Luffys honestly written like a sleeping giant type character. He doesn’t seek out protagonist moments they just occur when his dream/friends is under threat. The less he’s used, the more engaging he is to the audience and it allows for each of the strawhats to maintain the protagonist role within their own storylines because they are the ones forced to respond appropriately.
I love how he mirrors ben beckman. When we first saw beckman, he was smiling, although he was much more reserved than the rest of the crew. But, when we see him every time after that, he is grizzled, with this half frown on his face, like he just popped out of an american western.
Huh… this is actually a really cool tale on Zoro, as well as explaining why he laughs and smiles less and less. It also doesn’t help that now, normally when he smiles it means shit is about to go down.
One of my favorite Zoro moments is seeing him so happy to reunite with Luffy in Wano after not seeing each other for a good while. They're reallly good friends and care deeply for each other

@@parmar__12 Why aren't Zoro and Sanji equals?
Oda drip is better than Kubo drip???? Opinions are a thing that exist, but facts are facts and Kubo is the best character designer in the game. He does more with two colors than Oda could ever dream of doing with the entire spectrum.
While I fully agree that aesthetic-wise he slays, I feel that it is hard to give him that title due to some people's opinions on his faces being a bit same-y. (Personally I don't think that it is that bad but I can see why some people have issues.) Also no need to talk down Oda to talk up Kubo. They are both rad!
@@smargio The only people who disagree with me are people who love One Piece more than any human being on earth.
The comedic moments in One Piece back in the day was hilarious.
I stumbled a One Piece funny moments and it instantly felt nostalgic.
I love how he couldn’t help but giggle at Pica
Da king is back baby he neva miss
Big fan of the anti-government loony toones anime
The "Stuck in a Looney Toons" aged like fine win.
one pieces original style was so unique and full of life… i appreciate how much oda has grown as an artist over the years but man i wish he would bring some of that uniqueness of the original style back.
i feel like the og style brings a great deal of charm to the story that the current art style just doesn’t have.
Wow, hold on a little. You can't just disrespect Kubo's fashion like that. Style is the one thing Kubo still got going for him when everything else went to shit
Hey, what do you think about the other shounens? (fairy tail etc.)
Zoro just happened to get lost in the one piece verse.
More TBSkyen One Piece videos! I'd love to see a main channel vid, even, maybe, sometime..
"Oda drip is better than Kubo drip" is the hottest take in this channel so far and I agree
Bro said “Soro” 😂
you see, Oda loves the Rubber Hose animation style...
Y’all ain’t ready for Looney Piece
I will miss the days of Zoro Tarzan yelling while swinging on a vine
Little correction there is no vice captain among the strawhats Zoro is the first mate
Bro bouta start a fire with that speed of talking
I like that analogy, “zoro is the straight man to luffys more goofy and playful nature” this describes them perfectly and it makes much more sense as to why he was picked to be luffys viceroy.
You forgot to mention that zoro is there very well trusted navigator
"Looney tunes territory" I'm using that 😂😂
I do miss happy, laughing Zoro.
The fact that it was a running gag that people kept thinking zoro was actually the captain really plays into this too
the term to describe the position Zoro take narratively is the lancer
I like how the hot spot isn't even on the scene, but everyone's just talking about the Kubo drip comment.
this is a really great, detailed, and insightful take. I like it.
Zoro is just lit he is like Rayleigh +mihawk
Every straw hat member really out here putting maximum effort to achieve their dreams and their captains too.
Love how he puts the copyright symbol right next to strongest swordsman
Luffys honestly written like a sleeping giant type character. He doesn’t seek out protagonist moments they just occur when his dream/friends is under threat. The less he’s used, the more engaging he is to the audience and it allows for each of the strawhats to maintain the protagonist role within their own storylines because they are the ones forced to respond appropriately.
"Oda drip is better than Kubo drip" I'm a one piece fan , but these are fighting words damn
I love how he mirrors ben beckman. When we first saw beckman, he was smiling, although he was much more reserved than the rest of the crew. But, when we see him every time after that, he is grizzled, with this half frown on his face, like he just popped out of an american western.
You forgot the most important part. Getting lost is his specialty. Edit: scratch that you did say that
And that's why he's one of the best vice captains and right hand man
Not gonna lie zoro looks like a ww2 soldier in d day in the thumbnail of this video
Huh… this is actually a really cool tale on Zoro, as well as explaining why he laughs and smiles less and less.
It also doesn’t help that now, normally when he smiles it means shit is about to go down.
